3 My experience with them is priceless to me! I crashed my bike, the Cannondale frame was compromised and unsafe to ride. They immediately contacted the factory and have a new frame her by December.
That's not what's priceless its the fact that they
offerd up a loaner bike for me. So I can continue to train everyday. PS Cannondale warranty the frame
I've had bikes and skis tuned and out repaired here and they're awesome!
Not impressed. Greeted by an individual who was arrogant and said, "Hey, if you can find a bike somewhere else I say do it. " due to the challenging cycling industry and shipping issues. I arrived 2 seperate times weeks apart. 1st time no one even greeted me. Obviously, got better service and customer service from ALL of the other shops in central PA. Glad to see this place was good to others. I will never go back. PS please do not respond to my comment to change my mind. We are not a fit. PERIOD.
