I have been in the mortgage business as a processor since 2003 and have worked with numerous title companies through the years. I must say Juan at worldwide is the best of the best.he handles the volume and is very on point with everything. Deals with the lenders, clients with no issues. I have been recommending Worldwide to all my loan officers.

I recently re-financed my mortgage and I was very fortunate to connect with WWLT and Laura Eisel via an internet search. Laura explained the fee structure and the costs were 'bare bones' compared to local vendors as well as the vendor recommended by the mortgage company. No extra fees. Laura was diligent, persistent, available and very helpful. Phenomenal value for the cost. Thanks for making my closing as smooth as possible!

We recently sold our home and used WWLT. Mark and team were a well-oiled machine - seamlessly walked us through the process and were there whenever we needed them. More importantly, WWLT also helped our seller fix a situation that the prior title company made an error on. Our home's legal description was incorrect and WWLT's examiners caught this, assisted the seller's in fixing it and helped in keeping the settlement process smooth. Our mortgage company automatically included pricing for the title company they use. I priced out other companies myself. World Wide Land Transfer was the most reasonable. I am very pleased to say that in this case "you get what you pay for" does not hold true. Laura Eisel handled our transaction. She was AMAZING! I concur with Donna Urben's review.
