15 Your phone customer service really needs to step up.
Calling them to ask questions seems like asking for freebies or favors.
I STRONGLY suggest you either change the number in your Amazon storefront or remind your product specialist what service is about.
First time online shopper with WWS. Had a shipping exception occur for my order to no fault of WWS. Sometimes these things happen, and knew that it might take awhile to sort out, but eventually I would be taken care of. I was contacted quickly, and I already have a replacement on the way. Long time retail manager and beyond impressed with the quick response and customer service. As I have recently dipped my toe into the audiophile rabbit hole, I will definitely be a return customer, and would highly recommend to anybody. Great Service!
I have made 2 purchases in the last year from Worldwide Stereo. A very nice receiver and turntable. I’m very happy with their products, prices and customer service. I rarely rate any business, but these guys actually deserve a 5 star rating. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I don’t know where people buy electronics, but if it is somewhere other than here, they are making a mistake. Each time I buy from here I have a great experience. They are knowledgeable, prices are right, selection is amazing and the fact they are locally owned is the cherry on top. Go see Shawn and you won’t be disappointed.
Chris & his team did an amazing job installing a Kenwood head unit in my '21 4 Runner. Their work is topnotch, and they take the time to understand their customers needs.
BEST customer service hands down. We ordered a beautiful tv stand and arranged to have our tv installed but the delivery man called and informed my disabled husband and myself (95 pounds) that he would leave it outside on our driveway in the rain. We don’t have a driveway at our townhouse. We called our salesman John Parry in the Montgomeryville store and he offered to physically drive over and help to carry it in with the driver HIMSELF. That is service with a capital S and not usual in a new covid world. Thank you John for great customer service from start to finish! That’s after he came to our home and gave us great advice. This store is our new go to place for anything they carry! Beautiful products and reliable service with wonderful sales people like John.
As my experience, they are not customer service friendly.
If something wrong of the online order in their system, they will just cancel the order without specifically state the reason.
No any further help for that.
I don't think they would do a good customer service based on the fact.

Won't buy audio or TVs anywhere else. We've been a customer since the late eighties. Prices are competitive with big box stores with exceptional service both in store and delivery/set up if needed. You sobt have to be an audiophile to shop here.
I only buy car audio equipment and they have great customer service they carry very high end brands and products which are expensive however not over priced
I’ve been looking for a new TV and worked with Shawn to select the right TV for my room! Shawn was very helpful, knowledgeable and provided the information I needed to make a final decision. Shawn helped me through the entire process from just discussing TV’s all the way through delivery! WWS and their staff are a fantastic place to purchase electronics and I will return in the future.
It's not often that I experience a business that performs so far beyond expectations that I'm truly amazed. WWS is such a place. I went there looking to update my audio system and ended up getting a real education in audio, meeting exceptional people doing what they're incredibly good at, and ending up with the sound I always dreamed of having. My new system was designed to meet all my needs, installed with degree of expertise and craftsmanship I never expected, and then topped with a level of support that showed some people are really willing to bend over backwards to deliver on promises and dreams.
The showroom staff of John Parry and Shawn Thome made my relatively small system seem important to them, as did the expertise of their installation techs Noah, Anthony and Kevin, who brought all the magic together in my home. They are all just what you want and deserve.the best!
I wanted a new sound system for my car.really wanted a crisper and louder sound. WWS installed and it sounded great! After the install, my key fob was working intermittently and the tire pressure light kept coming on. I took my car to the dealership and they spent about 3-4 days trying to figure it out. They then asked if I had any work done to the car and I told them. Well that seemed to bring a lot of clarity. I had to have the amp uninstalled (sad since that is what really made the positive difference) because once they did it, the issues with the key fob and tire pressure were gone. The bill from the dealership was a lot of money! I emailed to Chris M. (auto guy at WWS) and explained that I didn't think I should have to foot the bill. Chris M. - really nice, cordial, and professional.
WWS immediately credited me for some of the items that were uninstalled and sent me a check for the entire bill I had already paid to do the dealership. I knew I was going to eat some of the overall cost, that's the risk, but WWS stepped up and did an honorable thing by paying me back for the dealership outlay. Kudos and thanks!
John Parry helped me a lot. I ended up buying not what I came for but what I really needed. Writing this 1 week after the transaction. No regrets.
