Wrenchtec, Nazareth PA

Went in for diagnostic testing today and was helped by Jason. Had a really great experience. Shop seems really helpful and sincere. 10/10! I would come again for ANY of my car service needs. Recommending to all of my friends and family.

I will no longer be using Wrenchtec. Approximately a year or so ago they not only once, but twice, improperly mounted a tire on my girlfriend's car (and clearly didn't test drive or they would have noticed) and allowed her to drive away with a wheel that was wobbling so bad that a car basically cut in front of her to force her to pull over because they thought it was going to come off. We forgave them (again, twice) and continued to use their service. This past week she took that car in for a sound from the front wheel well area that was happening under acceleration. She was told it was the serpentine belt and tensioner and quoted her a price that was pretty high to fix it. She was on the phone with her father during her time in the lobby and both noted that the person she spoke with was very rude. She was charged $60.00 for the diagnostics. She then took that car to another garage for a second opinion and was told there was nothing at all wrong with either the serpentine belt or the tensioner. Despite that, they refused to refund her the money for a diagnostic analysis of an issue that was not present. This is utterly unacceptable, combined with poor customer service. I will never return. Nice way to treat a veteran.

I went in there to get my back window replaced and inspected. When I got it back, I noticed there was condensation on one of the tail lights. They fixed it free of charge. When the part came in, the strut popped off and broke the other taillight (and windshield).
Both fixed free of charge, and struts fixed at a fraction of what I was quoted elsewhere. They'll do right by you.

Was having trouble getting someone who knew how to service a Tesla. Knowledgeable staff. Good work at a decent price. Will be using their services from now on.

Just spent $3000 to have my car inspected. Full disclosure, it is in large part my fault. My inspection was expired so I was in a somewhat desperate situation.
Dealing with the customer service side felt like being in a franchise store like Firestone or Goodyear.
The work that was done was fine. The initial estimate was $3400. I had the rear brake rotors and pads in my car and that was included in the estimate. When I asked them to forget about that the estimate went down to $3000. So, they wanted to charge me @ $375 to install those parts but it is only a 1 hour job. A friend did the front brakes a little while back and it took him less than an hour.
I had several bulbs out which ended up costing over $250 (obviously mostly labor at $134 per hour). There was never any discussion with me about me replacing to save some money. Instead they wanted to sell me work being done to my A/C. I had told them that there were issues related to the A/C and that it only worked when the temp.gauge on the dash was registering. They start telling me that they discovered that the A/C didn't work.
1) Why are you checking my A/C for inspection?
2) I am already in sticker shock. Please stop looking for more repairs that are not needed for inspection.
Once the thermostat was replaced and whatever temp.sensor errors it was creating had cleared the dash temp.gauge and A/C work just fine.
My biggest issue is the way they treated my property. In their lobby one of their core beliefs is to treat the customer and their property with respect.
When I picked up my car the hood was littered with leaves and bird poop. They had clearly parked the car under a tree for an extended period but it looked like it had been worked on in the woods.
I sent them a message through their website. No response.
When it was taking them a couple days to figure out getting my car to pass the electronic portion of the inspection (I had to drive the car around over a couple days. I am 50 and this has never come up before) I sent a second message through their website basically begging for them to try to help me. This was after I verbally confirmed with them that the messaging system worked. No response. Photos attached from the evening I picked it up.

I’ve been a Wrenchtec customer since the shop first opened, and I’ve always loved and appreciated their honesty and service quality. My most recent experience was phenomenal mainly due to the expertise and customer service of Jason. I have always recommended this shop to all of my friends and family and will continue to do so.

Excellent service scheduling online and great service upon arrival. Fast service and great care. They are able to service Tesla’s. They’ve done new tires, alignment and state inspections.

Some of the nicest people I've ever worked with, especially when it comes to a garage. They go above and beyond, everytime I've needed their services it has been easy to set up appointments both online and with a phone call, they've been quick, communicative, and very transparent. They've taken very stressful situations and made them feel like no problem at all. Highly recommend. I also want to name drop specifically Jason and Becky. They were both phenomenal!

I have used their service regularly over the past 5 years and they have been able to keep a couple of my high mileage cars safely on the road. The shop is organized and efficient even when they have a high volume of vehicles in for service. They are very thorough when inspecting my vehicles, and very good at explaining any issues found.

Never had such a pleasant experience, Jason kept me informed on everything. Everyone was very friendly, thank you Becky, and all the staff. My truck is running great, will definitely recommend WrenchTec.

I needed a local mechanic to inspect two newly registered vehicles. They were thorough, respectful and kept me informed. When one of the cars needed work to pass I felt they were honest and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back and make them my regular mechanic

Had my front brakes and rotors replaced when I picked up the car and took it home I noticed there were some rattling within the brakes. Brought it back to them and took it back home and still was rattling brought it right back to them and the owner took a ride with me and verified the noise. Very professional. Still waiting to get my car back will update later

First of all. Very nice costumer service when I called. Second, It is very clean and nice in waiting room. Jason took care of my truck tire. Happy they were able to help. Will def do business again.

It is so nice to have a local auto repair garage that I can trust. I have had my Jeep in for many items and they have earned my business. They know my car and have fully diagnosed and completed the repairs as promised. Thanks Dave, Nevin, Becky and whoever has touched the purple Jeep. I highly recommend this place!

I don't trust many places to deal with my car, but have no issues trusting Wrenchtec.

I Highly Recommend wrenchtec. Dropped off my vehicle for AC probably. Dave checked it out told me what was wrong and explained everything. Needless to say the guys and gals at wrenchtec fixed my AC for a really COOL price. Joel Fehr.
