Very good product but horrible shipping process. No customer should wait 2-3 months for their order.

These people could care less about these reviews from what it looks like. Please shop elsewhere! I ordered and yes, the same as other's here it took a very long time. Then to top it off and add insult to injury, the order was completely wrong. Imagine waiting forever for something you paid for, only to receive it and it's all wrong. Then contact the business and not receive any customer care/support. Trust and believe.there's a reason they have an average rating of 2 stars. You've been warned. Don't do it!

Ordered on Sept 28th and haven't received my package. I have been emailing constantly and even ask for a refund, which they completely ignored. I have an entire catering business that I wanted to use this batter for. I am beyond upset and I no longer have the patience. I will be filing a complaint to BBB and hopefully I can speak with the rightful owner about my money because this is unacceptable. Please don't come on my review talking about emailing your company because I did and not one time was I given accurate information about my product or my money. I wish I could give this company no stars.

Placed my order the first week of August. It is now the middle of October and I still haven’t received what I ordered. The response I get from them is always “your order is packed and awaiting FedEx to pick up. ” I’m starting to believe that this is a scam to get people’s money!

I placed my order on 8/3/23 I've sent emails and got replies about my order being sent in the next order. I've called and talked to someone (Crystal) who assured me my order would be shipped before labor day and recently tracking my package with the tracking number provided. It still has not been shipped! Is this some sort of scam to get hard earned money from hard working people! I need help does anyone know what to do?

It’s been almost 2 months and I have yet to receive my order they are scamming people out of their money. They lie in the emails saying it’s shipping next day and a week later it’s still not shipped

I’m sorry I only gave 1 star. But I just wanted to comment. I researched WWH only after I didn’t receive my order, and these comments are scaring me about the turnaround times. I saw the jerk batter on instagram and without hesitation I ordered because it was black owned and looked delicious. Now it’s only been 9 days for me, which is still long… but to wait a whole month or two… smh.

Been waiting since the end of July, idk at this point if it shows up cool if not well I ate the money. I would say don't post all over social media if u can't handle what's coming ur way

I put my order in on the 15th of August today is the 29th of August they still have not shipped my order. I went to their website so I could speak to someone through the chat I have been waiting on that chat for over 20 minutes nobody has responded to me but at the top of it it says they respond immediately that's a lie. I spoke to someone else who has ordered from them before and they told me that they received their order a month late they don't put your order out for shipmeant immediately you have to wait 2 and a 1/2 weeks but it says nothing about this on their website when you're ordering or when you're paying them your money I am not happy I feel like this is very poor customer service once I get my order I don't think I'm gonna order from these people again Be careful and be warned.
9/15/2023 Today makes 30 days since I ordered from this business and my order Still has not been shipped it has been sitting there with a label made since September 3rd now September 15th it's still sitting there with a label mate it has not been shipped today makes 30 days since I put in my order and my package isn't even on its way to me yet. I'm to the point either send me what I paid for or give me my money back because this is horrible! If I could give this business 0 stars I would I am very upset

I ordered in July and still haven't received my order. I have asked them to refund my money sereral times but they want. They want even acknowledge that I'm asking for a refund, they will only reply, were sorry for any inconvenience, but your order has been shipped. It's all lies! I've been going through this for over a month and half. Don't order from these people!

Won’t lie jerk season is good but I placed a second order going on two months ago still haven’t received it. I asked for a refund have heard anything back. Don’t waste your time it’s not worth possibly not receiving what you paid for. Their only response was we are a small company doing the best we can.

I came back to give a better review now that I've used the product. It took very long to receive it so I was upset but I've tried it and it's delicious! If you don't mind the wait I recommend I even ordered more. I really wish they could get the product out faster if high demand is the problem hire more people

I placed my order in the beginning of August and it is now September 3rd and i still haven't received my order. To make things worse, i am a first time buyer and you know the saying, you only get one time to make.a first impression. The phone number is useless because no one ever answers, they send you a tracking number that shows no movement whatsoever and when you email them to find out whats going on with the items you spent you hard earned money on, its the same thing each time, its waiting to be picked up. Support black businesses they say, well this is what happens when you do. I wouldn't recommend you wasting your time and money ordering anything online because you will not receive your items and you will not receive any communication from this poorly ran joke of a business

This is the most scaming ppl I've ever dealt with, I place my order over a month ago and still haven't received anything. I keep emailing them and no response, I tried to track my package but it says not shipped yet. Smh over a month and still not shipped
