Very kind and caring staff. Very clean. My mother felt very comfortable there. I highly recommend it.

This place isn’t just a nursing home, it’s Our family home! And I say family home with so much passion, not just cause I have amazing co-workers, but for the hard work every single staff member does that walks threw them doors… I have 1st handedly worked there for 26 yrs…. “Yes… 26”…….
Is it a perfect place, with perfect employees? Probably Not. But they really try to do there best for all there residents and go above and beyond, without someone watching them! We love all our residents as if they are our Mothers, Fathers, and grandparents. I see the love we have for every single resident we have.

A friend if mine there, I feel so bad for her, broken bed, left on toilet for almost an hour, told short staff. No doctor, no rehab, told don't answer call bells after a certain hour at night.
Place is a dump people
desirve so much better SAD.

Staff was so kind to myself n esp to my 95 yr old great aunt. I should have gotten the girls name at the desk, she was awesome! I'll look next time! I observed great team work.

My mom was taken in yesterday afternoon, and the nurse took care of her. I was happy the way they took care of her.

At Wyomissing Health we treat the residents like they were at home. We do the best we can to take good care of them. The staff is really nice over there.

Worst place ever, please don't send your family member or anyone for that matter.
