Recently my brother went to this pool and was rejected to swim because he “doesn’t live in the area” that’s a shame … of course we are people of color

You can only attend if your ID saids Wyomissing. Discrimination out in the open I see

Nice place. Just don’t appreciate that I alway have issue’s entering just because my ID says West lawn. I have asked the Wyomissing borough many time which pool I belong to and the answer is always Wyomissing pool. I wish they would take there time to explain to the staff that it does not only have to say Wyomissing to belong to the pool.

Great swimming pool and swimming program. One of the few long course pools around!

Very disappointed with the pool management this year. I joined primarily to swim laps, and the new manager, Gianna Witmer, put an unpredictable policy into place where the life guards can put in the lane line "at their discretion". While sounding reasonable, in reality this resulted in the lane line never being put in, with the teenage lifeguards dreaming up any reason they can think of to not have to get off of their phones. When myself and others attempted to discuss this issue with Gianna, she refused to make eye contact or definitively answer any questions. We were never notified that the lane line policy was changing prior to paying for our membership. This type of disrespectful behavior and blatant immaturity is inexcusable, and I do not plan on returning to a pool that tolerates such lazy and immature behavior by their staff. The Parks & Recreation manager, Pete Beck, was similarly apathetic.
