6Xfinity sent me a cable box that wouldn't work after having me on the phone for over an hour. Took that cable box to the Irwin store and the young gentleman there gave me a new box and it works perfectly. Xfinity agents have no clue what's going on. Absolutely ridiculous! The Irwin store was more knowledgeable then the online agents. SMH
Th service was so helpful and they helped me get my new phone set up hassle free thank y’all so much especially Eric and his colleague.
Today after checking in and waiting for 20 minutes, the guy at the counter didn't even check the tablet to see who was next and skipped right over me and started taking people who walked in after me. I left and went to the greensburg location and had a great experience there instead.
The guys were so helpful and patient with me. Reassured me of any concerns and showed me the step by step instructions to install it myself.
Not sure of the name of the girl who assisted me she was a little goth girl with green hair. But she was quick, courteous, and professional. Set me up with 2 new lines for my fiance and myself. Was in and out. No fuss no muss. Definitely recommend.
I had been having SO MANY issues with Xfinity over the phone to the point I was just going to cancel everything and go with a different provider. But the manager at the store, Todd, was so nice and patient and fixed some major issues with my account. The other employees at the store were helpful too! I was there for about 2 hours while they worked on my account and they helped make an extremely frustrating situation easy and kept me laughing. Could not recommend more!
