Romayl went above and beyond to help me get service. I was on the fence at first but he absolutely convinced me of the quality of service I would be provided and tech support helped me with all my issues at home. If it weren’t for Romayl at the fox chapel office, I would not have went with comcast. Thanks!

I find it very entertaining that when a customer comes in.with a complaint about the service, or a conversation they had with customer service.its always the fault of the live, breathing, ready to assist you rep & make do with what the company gives access to. The store gets a bad rap because someone, somewhere, gave misinformation. The reps are not miracle workers. And are held to what the company allows access to. Which in some cases.just like other companies.they run online specials.not available in store. This is not the fault of the rep you are standing in front of. But go ahead.feel better about yourself by belittling the people that are actually trying help.how powerful you must feel to be a disrespectful fellow human being.get a clue! Grow up & act like an adult

The manager knew my citation with my dead mother and how corporate screwed me over by having me pay the balance. Soo he made sure Omar to say the balance loud enough for the store to hear and embarrasse my 9 yr old crying in the car thanks Omar your arrogance was stunning and brilliant thank u

Don't waste your time with these guys. Apparently they just "sell phones, not fix them. " (even tho it was an xfinity problem, not a device problem)
So, tell me again that you don't know how to do your job without telling me you don't know how to do your job.
Corporate was notified of the type of employees they have!

I came into Xfinity in fox chapel and Chanel or charel assisted me I had a broken cord and I wasn’t able to watch tv she stepped up and helped me right away she was very kind and very professional thank you. Very much to the staff of Xfinity for helping me with my problem

I am new to the area and the automated website really messed u my order. The folks at this location were patient, super helpful and also funny! I'd recommend their customer service at this branch to anyone any day of the week.

Save yourself the time (and most importantly the money) and just do it online. I went to inquire about new internet service. There was an online deal for $30/mo for 2 years. The price at the store was $50/mo for 2 years. I asked about this and was assured that they can do it at the store and match the online price. So I hesitated but was promised the lower rate so I agreed. Well it turns out that was a lie. I was told it would take about 1 week for the discounted price to show up on my bill. After 1 week I inquired with the store because there was no discount. I was told they’re still working on it. A few weeks later and still no discount. So I call the xfinity number and the agent and supervisor I talked to told me I was lied to and the store isn’t authorized to give a discount like that and it isn’t possible. Tim, the assistant manager was the one who said all this could be done. I think he knew better but just wanted credit for the sale. Now over the span of my contract I will be paying an extra $480 more for service because I was lied to. The agent I spoke to over the phone told me her supervisors have flagged this store and the associates that lied to me for the sale, and all that info would be pushed onto the local district managers. Don’t go here. They’ll do anything for a sale. Save your money and just do things online.

Everyone was super understanding and helpful. From watching the way the staff interacted with and assisted the other customers while i waited you could see the quality of professionalism and customer service was very high. It was a fast process just picking up my modem, left my phone at home but was able to be out the door and on my way in well under 5 minutes of being seen. Romaydl; (forgive me if I spelled that wrong), the employee who assisted me, was great. He was handling multiple customers issues simultaneously which displayed a level of understanding of the xfinity systems and skill to manage that much work at once. Whatever those guys are paying him isn't enough. And honestly I'll say that statement for the entire store all stellar employees.

Had very poor service, the gentleman was kind (younger) however, not one thing he did for us was correct. Gave us the Wrong wifi router, signed us up for mobile and was charged! Do not even have mobile service. Better off talking to someone on the phone.

Went in to get a new phone today (12/9/22). Done in 30 minutes. All the guys (I didn't get their names) working behind the counter were awesome. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Great experience.

Amazing location and incredible experience every time I go there. The managers Abdul and Tom are phenomenal and the entire staff is ready and willing to go the extra mile to help in any way they can. Great location and will recommend to anyone

It was extremely busy, but everyone was friendly. The gentleman who waited on me was very knowledgeable, and had great customer service! I would highly recommend!
