7I had a great experience Cambrya was a great help she got us stored away even on her day off she worked hard to get our phones connected. If you go to this location make sure you go with Cambrya she will get you stored away.
The whole staff of this store was wonderful! Tyler helped us out with a new wifi account and made an otherwise hassling process smooth as can be!
The young light skin black girl with the red dreads needs fired. Her customer service is horrible, and she doesn't even have a clue what she's doing.
Service for the internet and phone is HORRIBLE! It goes out several times a day, everyday, and sometimes the internet on the phone won't work for days at a time. I'm over it. Just patiently waiting to switch my phone & internet service. It's only a matter of time.
After having been an Xfinity internet and cell phone customer, for over four years I am about done. The service is poor, it goes out on at least a daily basis, and it is intermittent when working. When one tries to resolve the issue they set up an appointment and then call back about 30 minutes later to say the issue has been resolved when it has not. This has now happened five times, and a year later is still not resolved. This company is extremely deceptive and my personal recommendation would be to stay well clear. I am in the process of filing complaints with the FCC, and the PA AGs office.
They repaired the cable lines in my neighborhood by tying them from my pine tree to my maple tree and dropping them in my yard. At least they used strong zip ties. The sign says underground cable, but it's clearly above ground.
Very easy to transfer service and switch. Markus and Tyler were awesome.
