Yardley Dermatology Associates reviews
11I give this place a zero. I had an appointment a couple months ago to get laser treatment on my face (I have a birthmark on my face). In addition, I have a small red dot on my nose that they were going to laser as well. She told me I was too tan. So, I rescheduled in the winter. My appointment was this morning. I am currently a student that lives in west chester and I take a morning class at 9am. So, to make this appointment I dropped everything, missed my class, and drove an HOUR to get to this appointment. When I was called back, she obviously did not read my chart since she was asking me why I came in. I briefly reminded her that I came in a couple months ago and that I was too tan and now I am back for the laser treatment. She then proceeded to tell me "oh I'm sorry last night the machine broke". This is so unprofessional. I have been waiting for this laser treatment for months. You would think that someone would have called me about the machine being broken, but nope, nothing. I will never go here ever again and I will never refer people to this unorganized/unprofessional practice.
Efficient diagnosis and treatment. I first visited the office a decade ago, and recently to run a diagnosis of a condition. Both resulted in immediate actions in one visit. I appreciate the physicians and the PAs' good work and care, as well as the friendly staff who are keeping the services running during COVID-19.
I've been a patient at Yardley Derm for more than 15 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They've addressed different stages of skin cancer employing several procedures - ranging from freezing to mohs surgery. I've seen several of the doctors there, most recently Doctors R Fried and Campenelli. They never fail to allay my fears, taking the time to explain everything in detail. They go out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable and that I experience as little pain as possible. From the time I'm greeted by a receptionist until I make my follow up appointment and head out, I'm treated with compassionate concern and friendly efficiency. Everyone at Yardley Derm is so nice and accomplished, why would I even think of going elsewhere? They are simply the best.
I would give this place zero stars if possible. After waiting weeks or sometimes months for an appointment, both doctors I have seen here, Dr. Stein and Dr. Sternberg, , rush the visit. My appointments have all been 3-10 minutes and have netted zero results. They barely look at my skin, then both diagnose me with the same thing and give me a myriad of different creams to try, some of which cost hundreds of dollars. I am not made of money and will not waste hundreds of dollars (with insurance) on half-baked solutions to something they've hardly even looked at. I would recommend going anywhere else. After reading some of the other reviews, I feel enraged that this has been an experience for so many people. If you want a doctor that cares about helping you, do not go to this practice. 6 months and $1000 later and I've gotten nothing from these trash people.
The Dr.was very knowledgable and polite and the staff was all around very caring and helpful, especially Tracy. Thanks so much!
I’ve been there three times now and had a great experience each time. Clean office and friendly staff.
Awesome! Dr Fried is an extremely knowledgable well informed all around doctor. He explains everything like no other in a way you can understand him. Thanks doc:)
Forget about what else you have going on the day of your appt. You'll wait in the waiting room forever and then they call your name and then wait a long time in the room. To be rushed by the doctors and not get all your questions or concerns in. Worst place I've been too.
They don't take Aetna insurance for reasons they cant explain. So please stop advertising your service.
Had a great visit. Staff was friendly and the doctor gave me a full body check. She addressed all of the problems on my list. I did not feel rushed. She recommended I come back once per year and I plan to.
And they do take Aetna, as that is what I have.
