I was scheduled for wisdom tooth extraction this morning at 7am. They called on Sep 11 1: 14pm to go over things before the surgery such as no food no water short sleeves. I got there at 6: 55 and no one was there. I waited till 7: 45 and still no one was there. I knocked on the door many times and also called the office number. The woman answered the call said she will leave a message but the office doesn’t open till 8. I went home at 7: 45 and called the office again at 8: 12. The person answered my call treated me like I was a lier or crazy and doesn’t know what I was talking about. She even claimed they never called me to confirm anything. Then the office manager took over and said the same thing, I never had an appointment. Both of them kept talking over me and treated me like I was crazy and looking for trouble. She even claimed she was in office from 7 while no one was answering my knock or calls. I am sure the doctor is nice but no way I am talking with the receptionist or office manager ever again.

This oral surgery practice is the best! They were highly recommended by a dentist friend of ours and although we live in NJ, we would never go anywhere else. We’ve had 2 wisdom teeth extractions and one pre orthodontic extraction by Dr. Lui and the whole process was seamless from beginning to end. The recovery process was amazing, The office staff and nurses are all very helpful and welcoming. If you are looking for oral surgery, this is the practice.

I spoke with one of the receptionist on the phone who off the bat was not pleasant. I was having an emergency and needed a cracked root canal tooth to be extracted. She told me on the phone I could come to the office and sit there and wait for an emergency appointment slot to be open. I get there with my mother and she tells me she has no clue what I’m talking about and that it was a misunderstanding and both ladies at the reception desk on 7/5 were very rude to me and looked at me like I had 12 heads. With that being said, I left the office upset and went somewhere else who treated and talked to me with care and sympathy. I’m sure the doctors are very kind there but there is no reason for the receptionists to be rude when they are the first face and person you meet when walking into the office.

My son needed to be seen right away for an emergency infection and a tooth extraction. There were able to fit him in quickly and took such great care of him. He has alot of anxiety when it comes to dentists and teeth. Doctor Mundaner is absolutely the best. He was so nice and caring. Talk to me about everything so that I understood exactly what was going on. My son did amazing because of the doc and his staff they treated us like family. The staff made my son feel calm and held his hand and told him everything he would feel so he didnt worry! The are awesome! I even called the after hours line and got Dr. Lui who i never met and he new everything about my sons case and was great about my worry and helped me out. When i got off the phone I was no longer worried! Thank you to the #1 staff and the amazing docs for taking care of my son! I will never go anywhere else again!
