Not Good When Using Insurance: Sarah, the acupuncturist, prequalified my insurance coverage on my first visit and we established my copay. At an appointment after two weeks she presented me with a rejection from the insurance company and sat me down to call them to resolve. I called Horizon Blue while at the office on speaker phone and confirmed with the insurance company that the claims were paid. She apparently submitted first claim twice and so it was rejected. No fault of mine. Even though the insurance company confirmed she would be paid and I had paid my copays at time of services she refused to treat me until she received her check the insurance company. Very unprofessional. I do not know what was worse, being treated as one of her staff or being treated as a criminal. Also, as far as I can see Dr. Ha referenced in reviews has been gone for some time.

Been in treatment for about 6 weeks. Immediately I felt pain relief and reduced headaches. I HIGHLY recommend YE Acupuncture! Clean, friendly, explained the process and made me very comfortable!

I have been going to this facility in Chalfont for months. The staff is very friendly and the building is very well maintained. Most importantly, they have been able to help alleviate some of my nerve pain in my lower back/glute/hip area with a combination of cupping/stim pads/ and acupuncture. I will continue to return here if my pain returns in the future.

I went to Dr. Ha for some lower back nerve pain which she was able to reduce in 6 weeks. The facility is very clean, beautiful, and calming. Dr. Ha and her team are very welcoming, listen to your concerns, and do what is comfortable for you.
