This office handled all of the billing with my insurance company. Dr Low kept me well informed about the surgery the entire time. I was nervous the day of the surgery, but they were professional and comforting. My follow ups showed progress and were helpful in teaching me how to care for my stitches and scars. I feel welcome every visit and if I have another surgery, I have no problem returning here. I am pleased with my reduction. The shape is well proportioned, and I feel comfortable and confident.

Dr Low was wonderful and very professional, answered all my questions and took time to explain everything. I've had the liposuction done and he replaced my belly button after a tummy tuck- almost 4: weeks post op and so happy with the results!

I was very pleased with Dr Lows visit with me. His assistant and himself were very professional. I trusted him to do my breast reduction.
Unfortunately, I saw him towards the end of May I left a message about the 3rd or 4th week in June to follow up on ins. I got the approval on my insurance as a letter. I've left at least two messages to set up the follow-up appointment to get started and still waiting for a phone call so sorry Dr Low but your staff needs a little help in retiring a call at the least. I'm moving on
