Yocco's The Hot Dog King, Allentown PA

I do not know how this place recieved this many positive reviews, These hot dogs sucked, ask for a cheese dog and I figured I would get a hot dog with creamy cheese sauce as it should be, nope got a piece of cheese under the hot dog, Got a chili dog.chili looked like its been sitting and its not that famous if you ask me. Got a mushroom cheese steak also figuring Iam not that far from philly maybe the cheesteak is the best thing on menu. Nope, chopped up hamburger with a slice of cheese and canned mushrooms, I would pass on this.

I used to like this place, but the quality has declined too far. The hotdogs used to be so good, but there is something different with the rolls. Compared to the ones they used to use, these new ones are dry, tasteless, and overall disappointing. Needless to say, I won't be back anytime soon.

Not really a fan of it and the girls needs to learn how to be enthusiastic when a customer comes in buying food.

It took me 10 years to try this and I simply don't get it. I've had better hot
dogs from 7-11.

Great food and friendly service. Food is just a bit pricey but I am satisfied with the meal and taste.

Never been in the restaurant as my husband is the one who picks them up, so I can’t comment on the restaurant or service itself. But everything about these hot dogs is PERFECTION. Hot dog is flavorful. Chili is awesome. Cheese is melty and adds great texture. Mustard and onions really take it over the top. At first glance it looks questionable but this is my favorite hot dog of all time!

Ordered 4 Yocco's Hot Dogs (Classic Everything - Tangy Mustard, Chopped Onions, Yocco's Chili Sauce). Not even close to anything we expected. I'm guessing that we confused the "chili sauce" with actual chili. I just don't understand the great reviews.

Positive: For a quick bite on the run, they have fast service and good price.

If you choose to not wear a mask don't even try to eat here. This South Mall location has posted very unprofessional signs about those without masks being disrespectful and intolerant. You will not be served. They say those with health issues should go to a location with a drive through, but i hear they require a mask in the drive through too. Very sad.

My parents went there 2 days ago.they set it up for the covid19 in two different lines.the one line had less people.the employee said this line is only if its overcrowded which it was.that sob sentmy dad back to the original line to start over again.the person in back of my dad said you can go back in your original spot.when my dad ordered my moms food.they had the guts to smash the hotdog in the roll and the ketchup was all over the place.if i was there with them i would of threw the hotdog back at them and left.low class people and illiterate working there

Great food for the price of what you are getting. Been a long time fan of the restaurant since I was a kid.

An Allentown original. Food is very reasonably priced and tasty. They have added new items over the past few years (i.e. Grilled chicken) so there's something for everyone - and of course the hot dogs!

Been stopping by this place for a while they never ever disappoint they even have a home kit wish I lived nearby truckers they have plenty of parking too luv this joint

Great hot dogs, periogies, cheesesteaks. Was there for 1st time in 30 years, felt like time stood still.

We love this place, have been going here for years. We are not local but make the trip regularly and its worth it. Great food great prices.

Wasn't happy they wouldn't take my coupons that they advertised in a mobile app. Quite frustrating.

Manager grabbed half our fries out of the bag and threw them back in the dryer tray. When I called her on it she said sorry and gave me a crappy look. Hamburgers so dry you could not swallow a mouth full. Ordered mayo on burger was not put on. Dogs not made according to old recipe. So much mustard we had to wipe them off. 50 year customer of yoccos. Airport road store needs supervision. Not going there again

Service was good and well mannered. Pierogies were good, Mrs T brand. Cheese steak was good, bnb it a bit greasy and seemed more like it was overcooked. Otherwise, good.

Great mushroom cheese steak. Crappy napkins, had to ask for fork, food is served on a paper placemat on a dirty plastic tray.
Cmon up your game. At least wrap your products and furnish a paper plate.

Maddy from this yocco’s location on Catasauqua rd.was great. She answered all of our questions and even knew the prices of the meals including tax off the top of her head.
Very impressed with the service provided. We got there about a half hour before close and she was still very pleasant towards us.
