Would highly recommend Yocum Towing. We had two flat tires and got stranded on the highway, they got to us very quickly (within 30 minutes) and we’re extremely kind and helpful.

My Subaru had a flat tire and AAA guys from Yocum could not get the wheel off. Edwin arrived on time, tried to change the tire, then recommended a tow. He was friendly and efficient and I really appreciated his help and concern for my car. Steve arrived for the tow on time, communicated well, and also tried to remove the tire. He then got the car out of a small space and on the tow truck. Very friendly and conscientious, really helped me through a stressful situation and took extra steps to make sure my experience and the service were good. Cannot thank these guys enough for making a bad day much better with their professionalism

If I could leave a negative star count that would be a compliment. I had my Pathfinder towed from near Dorney Park to my home and in the process my vehicle was destroyed as if wolverine and saber tooth had it out on the roof of my vehicle. Now not only is my vehicle inoperable and unsafe to drive but Yocum wants to give me a hard time about resolving this issue. This is not how a service should treat its customers. I would hate to have this matter escalate to a situation that would involve a higher power. Please if you are looking to get your vehicle towed DO NOT USE YOCUM TOWING THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE TO MAKE BUSINESS FOR OTHER PLACES!

I normally. Don’t like posting reviews but this will help other clients going forward This tow truck driver came came on behalf off AAA. A. Very rude tow truck driver. Came on behalf off triple. Never. Attempted the job. Just look and said. He is no fixing someone else job. Saturday. 19. August. I also reported the matter. To AAA. If. U don’t want to be irk someone else is willing to do the job. I normally do not give reviews this tow truck guy came on behalf. Off AAA.

I don’t typically post reviews, but I wanted to recognize Richie from Yocum for exceptional customer service. My battery completely died with the car parked in the garage. It’s a AWD with all electronic controls, and the mechanism broke to put the car into neutral manually. Richie stayed for well over an hour trying different things until we were able to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I would recommend Yocum!

Today I discovered a flat tire so I called AAA and Joe showed up very quickly and took it to the Walmart for me! Great service and he was very efficient and professional he deserves a raise I’ve never had a tow show up so far for AAA before so Joe needs a raise!

This company really does go above and beyond, incredibly nice and quick after getting my truck to the dealership and helping me get to my hotel after I was stranded.
Highly recommend this place!

My girlfriend and I are travel nurses heading back down to NC and broke down in Allentown at 1AM. We were connected to Yocum Towing through AAA. Joe came to assist and went above and beyond for us. He towed us to a local shop and even took the time to look under the hood in the pouring rain. Thank you Joe, you deserve a raise!

Our Daughter's car needed to be towed from Strohl in Fogelsville to Brown Daub in Easton. Jesse & Mike were there on time and kept in touch while enroute. Made AAA transaction quick & with courtesy. Thank you for eliminating car-issue stress.

Encountered one of their drivers behind me at an intersection. I was attempting to turn left with cross traffic that had no stop sign. Steady stream of cars with every car turning right toward me and others close behind them going straight. No way I could pull out safely. I guess I wasn't hurrying fast enough for him and he's laying on his horn because he expects me to turn into cross traffic snd get t-boned.

Commercial truck Druvers.the mexahnics at Yocum are not qualified to work on Semitruck. They will play stupid. If they offer mechanical seservices at their they have a shop.please avoid Towing your SemiTruck to their shop.trust me u can save money.

Steven was absolutely wonderful. I was a bit worked up over my new (to me) car that became possessed while I was on a highway. Steven was so kind and took care of everything so I walked over to a hotel to wait for my ride. About 10 minutes later he comes over and tells me he has fixed it! It doesn’t need to be thrown in the trash haha. It was a loose battery cable that was causing all of the issues, and I was okay to continue my hectic day! Thank you for being a good human being

After countless phone calls to Triple A, and back and forth calls with the Allentown Parking Authority and a property management company, I was finally able to get the right towing company for the job at hand. (probllem?) Finding a tow company with the proper clearance height for the parking deck I was on & having someone skilled enough to get my car out with it in tow. (not an easy job) Steve at Yocum Towing & Recovery was the right company/person for the job.if your in a situation similar to mine, please don't hesitate to call them, they are more than capable of getting the job done!
