We met a lot of great people however the sites are awful: Not level, no grass, tiny. For the price paid I expected better. Once the maintenance is up kept it has potential to be a decent campground.

The Kids look forward to This Trip Every Year. (Halloween Weekend) They were disappointed That Some Simple Things We’re taken away from years past. Pls bring back the zip line, Boat Swings, Halloween music threw the day playing @ the pavilion & Cider & Doughnuts @ night. It’s The little things that that make the kids want to keep coming back for years to come. 1 recommendation from the parents, Pls put some stone in the driveway as the dust is a bit uncalled for.

My family rented 2 cabins and 1 RV site I want to be as up front with you as possible, we were not thrilled at all with our visit we were disappointed with the events for the first Halloween weekend, I have no idea why you didn't do a parade around the camp also there was no DJ or music which my grandkids were looking forward to because they Love to dance. I was also shocked to find that most of the attractions that have been there for years were gone. Also the amount of time the rides that were there ran was not acceptable I'm not sure why this is so. All of my children who grew up attending Bucktail and now are bringing their own children all share my feelings of our recent visit as well. I will have to think twice about coming again unless things Greatly improve.

This was a great camping trip, however all the buildings were closed by 5pm on Sunday and we had an emergency at our cabin at 730 and there was no one in any of the buildings to ask for first aid or any one to help us. That part was very concerning. Good thing we brought our own first aid and near by campers did as well.

Great place for kids and lots to do! The only reason i posted 4 stars was because I did the promo ‘cartandnight’ and they said I didn’t get a cart. I guess it happens often, but they haven’t changed their website! So I had to give my golf cart up for 24 hours even though I had the promo for it.the staff was very friendly though and worked with me so I at least had it the rest of the time I was there. So if you’re doing that promo, make sure you put the golf cart in the cart before checking out! Don’t just do the promo.

This was our first visit to Jellystone Park. We went with our son's family. We were most impressed with how many activities they had for our grandchildren (6y/o and a 3 y/o). Especially fun for the kids (and well we did a little dancing too) was the DJ Saturday night! Make sure you stop for the very reasonably priced ice cream:). We had a problem with the futon and they replaced it the same day.

This is by far the worst experience we have ever had at a campground. I would not recommend this to anyone. About the only thing they have going is the new golf carts. The place needs a serious over haul. Most of the attractions for the kids were closed or locked up even when it says they were going to be open during the week days. Electric pedestals for the disconnects were falling over and dangerous. Behind our cabin the woods were full of garbage and actually had a diaper hanging in the trees. The staff members were rude and didn’t have the answers to anything. Our experience was so bad that our kids were asking to go home. We bought gem bags for the mining activity for our kids and 20 minutes later the maintenance man came to turn it on and wouldn’t you know it he was rude and the barrels were empty and he had to refill them all. He rudely asked my daughter to move and yanked the hose from under my son. We would be leaving early but I am not going to just give them my $70 a night

Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Cabin was clean and comfortable aside from the mattresses. Bathrooms could use some more maintenance, cleaning and supplied properly with toilet paper.

We are repeat yearly customers. The park used to be called bucktail. Management, workers were amazing. The park used to have rides all day for carousel, train, wagon rides around the whole park, A zip line, ball pit, huge sky slide a very nice play swing set that was set up for all ages of kids and a fun arcade and all day goof. That being said so much has changed now that it is yogi bear park with new management. The golf, carousel, train and wagon rides are limited to 1 hour a day and only one ride per person. That trained the fun for my kids. The sky slide, zip line, arcade, ball pit and the huge playground for all ages are not there anymore. The management was hateful. There was one friendly face there we remembered from previous years. Bless her heart we were talking about all the challenges and she also agreed she missed the bucktail concepts and arcade. If you are a first timer or have very young kids you will find this enjoyable but if you are returning because of your memories of the amazing buscktail experience you and your kids will definitely be disappointed with all the changes. We checked out early all there was for my children was a blimp like inground trampoline, young child play set (next to a campers fire pit) and a pool available most of the time we have those same concepts at home so they were all extremely sad how things are now. I don’t think we will return again it’s not the same fun that was once fully for kids of all ages. Everything the kids from 9+ are limited or no longer available. However, I would like to note the campsites appeared to have been lever and rocked which I liked but the campsites are so close together w had to walk through other campsites to get to the bathrooms. They really should designate walking areas to the bathroom as I was very uncomfortable walking through someone’s paid lot to get to the bathrooms. Thankfully one family didn’t mind and very understanding. The golf carts have finally been upgraded and there is a larger quantity available now. That was nice to see. I am not the type to leave a review but it’s not the fun it used to be when it was called bucktail.

Overall our stay was nice. The site next to us was a mess. They had dog feces all over and that is all you could smell. They had garbage in the fire ring and just a mess all over. They bring a dog that doesn’t like other animals, so they leave it inside all day, even while they are there. They didn’t offer to move their truck when we arrived to back into our spot.

Heard this place was beautiful, and amazing, arrived there, all but one young lady was horrible to deal with, rude beyond. Not helpful at all, not worth the trip. Cabin eas filthy. Corn chips in the covered, not cleaned at all. Tub ran constantly, sewage pouring Jjst outside of deck. Spiders inside.

Fish the fully stocked pond. 'Y daughter was so excited for everythjng around bought live bait. The pound is covered in green algae. Overgrown, nothing about it was pleasant at all's. Spoke with neighbors for a couple days that came from NYC. They were beyond appalled at their experience also.

We recently came over the weekend from Fri-Monday. The place has rapidly decreased since the yogi switch. The carosel and train only run ONCE a day if that. Ball Pitt is gone, boat swings are chained off, Zipline is broke and gone, the slide is gone, the old awesome playground with the army vehicle and roller slide is gone and we are so very sad that all the good stuff is gone, the only new addition is the jumping pillows, so all these attractions gone for what? The gift shop and food is way overpriced. We were told we could reserve a golf cart when we got there, get there and guess what? NONE available. Here they had a sale going on and gave them all with 4 night stays, for the whole stay, so I brought my issue with management and you would think they would give us a free day of use for a golf cart once one came available, nope. We won't be returning. Here we come Milton. 4 years in.a row and it's so rundown. Oh and the golf course is sickening.

They told us we were staying Friday and signing out Saturday. They called me at 10: 58am saying we had to leave. Mind you check out it at 11am. They said I got the golf cart for our whole stay and was staying the whole week. I believe they over booked and kicked us out. I have 5 kids and we had to hurry and pack up. Then they didn’t even allow us to stay in a different cabin unless we paid but they didn’t even have a cabin big enough for us anyways. Th had anything opened either when it said. The workers are very lazy

I would of gave it a five star but the beds are awful I recommend you bring a mattress topper to save your back. And the shower in our cabin was either scolding hot or ice cold there was no in between so I also recommend just using the shower in the public bathroom didn't have that problem there. Other than that staff is great and there is plenty for the kids to do. We go every year and plan to make it a family tradition to go every year with our daughter.

We were seasonal for over 3 years. We decided before the season of 2022 to starts to leave since our neighbor thought it would be a good idea to cheat on her husband with a 20 year old that camped by us. We notified the office we were leaving we sold our camper and cleaned our entire site before the opening of camping season. We were promised a refund and that was a lie they having been ignoring us since March 2022 and we are in August of 2022. Please be aware of sites 127 to 130 she will steal your husband or son. For a family campground there is a lot of drama and we just wanted out.
