Slum lords. In constant violation of water purification guidelines. Raise the lot rent with no improvements being made to the park. They have allowed the trailer park on red bank to become a garbage dump. No maintenance. It’s truly like living in a third world country… steer clear if you’re considering this place!

I’d prefer to leave negative 1000 stars. Steer clear of any property owned or managed by YCM. They use fraudulent practices, break landlord tenant laws regularly, and employ threats of eviction with no justifiable cause. Personally, I think they are front for something worse than being slumlords. I paid cash for my home and spent just as much replacing the roof, front door, front decking floor, plumbing fixtures, and rebuilding closets with wooden shelves and fixtures. We bought this for our retirement. We paid lot rent for two months before we could actually move in, so they had no expenses for those months. 5 days after we moved in, we received notice of a rent hike which blew our budget out the window. In 5 years and 3 months, our rent was raised 6 times. Overall, our lot rent has increased 71%. It took 3+ years to get the lamppost repaired. All other repairs promised at the lease signing have yet to be completed. There, s a steep embankment at the back of my lot that should be fenced off for safety, but they have no concern. That same embankment is a haven for snakes and other critters because they no longer bother to mow it. I’ve had two close calls with copperheads. My grandchildren can no longer go outside when they visit for fear of poisonous snakes. I’m just waiting for someone to get hurt or property to be damaged by their intentional negligence. I have my attorney on speed dial. I think we tenants should get together. I know I have too much money and time invested to allow such worthless criminals to keep getting away so much fraud lawlessness. None of the staff I’ve met are competent. No one answers the phone, nor do they respond to letters and messages. I suspect they’re on a mission to steal people’s homes and they need to be forced into accountability.

It’s always been a great place since we moved in a couple years ago until recently when I have tried to get a hold of Lisa probably seven times and he won’t return or hasn’t returned any of my phone calls and I don’t know why I don’t know what she’s doing. I couldn’t get answers on what I needed to do with the mobile home. I just couldn’t get any help at all, and then I sent an open letter to the office. Haven’t heard anything from them so all of a sudden it’s gotten pretty bad I don’t know what’s going on.

Wish I could give less than no stars this company is impossible to get ahold of to the point where when we wanted to sell our mobile they intentionally denied every applicant we gave them because we had a personal relationship with one of the workers and had a falling out that turned Into a 5k debt because of the Intenional denials and inability to even just answer a phone! They will 100% lie to you to do what makes them money in the end! Stay far away from here these reviews are not a lie!

Took me and my grandmas deposit money when filling out an application, when applying, we never heard back from the park again, I went to park to speak to someone they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about

Went to the business and note on door says they are closed and to call. Always so hard to get ahold of someone if you have any issue
