Officer Matthew S Straub was the best cop my boyfriend and I have ever come into contact with! He was incredibly nice and understanding. Didn’t make us feel anxious one bit. Thank you!

Came in to pay my fine in total, still had to see the judge and was told the only excuse he would accept for why i had missed payment was if i was dead! My wife died a year and a half ago and i am still dealing with ptsd from finding her.this man is a bully and unfit to be in a position of power.also i informed him of my ptsd and wifes passing he a 2nd time told me that the only excuse for having missed payment was if i was dead.unacceptable for a person in power
