My Co-worker/ employee was seen here recently after attempting to find a dentist whom was closer. After having seen the dentist and having a visit for her first time, she was scheduled with a cleaning and more thorough follow up. This was scheduled over 3 months ago and was set for this December. We just found out that her appointment had been cancelled, due to the hygienist "moving" and when we attempted to reschedule they stated they were all booked out. After it had taken an incredulous amount of time to be seen there for her first visit months ago. The woman Sandra than proceeded to state that there would be no more afternoon/ early evening appointments being offered; Starting after the new year to patients, either way. I point blanked asked if for the patients whom were unable to miss work, (or larger portions of work) if that meant there was no way they could work around/ and or help them out specifically. If there would ever be exceptions to acquiring an afternoon/ early evening appointment moving forward? She had stated she guessed they would be unable to help said patients.

As a first time patient, the best impression should be made. The staff was nice along with the dentist. The hygienist who cleaned my sons teeth rushed the entire process from start to finish. She did more talking than she did working. She did not thoroughly clean each tooth nor did she properly floss them. It was disappointing because my husband speaks highly of this place. But in addition to the lack of properly doing a good cleaning, I’m concerned about the cleanliness of the facility. Above the one trash can was splatter all over the wall. Why would you leave that mess like that? No one wants ants to see a splatter mess of a unknown substance on a wall. But I will not be taking my kids there.

This was my first trip to this dental office, and it was actually my first trip to the dentist that I enjoyed! Every member of the staff was kind and easy to interact with. Sherri cleaned my teeth and did a fantastic job, 99% pain free! I left the office feeling uplifted. Thank You!

I’ve never been to a dental office that up sells as if they were Girl Scouts. I didn’t get any work done here, but my girlfriend did (I’m witness) and both experiences weren’t the best. They try and make you feel guilty for not getting what they’ve pointed out is “wrong or needs work” when you’ve already stated what you’re there for. The employees look sad and not very optimistic, at least maybe just with me since I didn’t want to pay $70 for X-rays that they forgot to take during my first visit.

Dr Fried was honest and straight forward about the cost of the treatment I was seeking a consultation for. This was a second opinion for this treatment and I thanked him for his honesty.

Always a good experience. The staff is phenomenal and my boys love going to get their teeth cleaned.

As usual, my visit to Dental Health Associates was great. Very thorough with the procedures. Very friendly staff. Felt more like a friend than a patient/customer. I have been going there for 34 years and would love to go for another 34 if possible.

Do not go here they are not practicing Safe covid precautions, customers are being allowed to come in without masks and no one will do anything about it!

I can honestly say I love going to get my teeth cleaned. I love Lori and all the catching up we do with each other.even while she is digging in my mouth.lol.the people who work there are very friendly.

The folks at this Dental Office are amazing. They are friendly, make you feel welcomed, comfortable, put you at ease before any appointment, especially if you're scheduled to have a major procedure done. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had an emergency with a tooth. Dental Associates squeezed me and corrected problem within 15 minutes. Everyone is super friendly and caring.
