5 I have been using York Eye on Market Street For over 30 years. I liked Dr. Joan Hayes and her crew.
Now she has retired and I’m getting to know young Dr. Beam. He is personable and seems to be knowledgeable. I especially like the man that fits, and repairs my glasses. He is wonderful.
If you want expert service whether it be testing, exams or fitting, York Eye has it all.
The entire staff was friendly and professional. My eye exam was very thorough and Dr. Zach explained each procedure as we were going through the process.

Dr. Beam and staff at York Eye are friendly and professional. My wife and I were able to schedule exams quickly. He was knowledgable, professional, and really listens to his patients. He was proactive and reviewed imaging of my eyes with me, something that has never been done before at other practices. The office staff were great at helping us choose new glasses, sunglasses, and contacts as navigating the insurance process is always a hassle. Overall, great experience and highly recommend Dr. Beam and his team for anyone looking for a great local eye doc!
