Wish I read the reviews first before accepting their offer via peddle. No customer service and terrible communication. If you want to sell your junker, you are better off finding someone else that values respect.

Had a date set up to pick up my car for salvage. I called them in the AM to confirm and find out what time they would be out. I was told I was the third person scheduled for pickup and they would be out early afternoon. No show by 3: 15 so I called back. I was then told they were just unloading a car and would be right out. At 5: 20 I got a call to say they wouldn’t be able to come out at all that day. At no point did anyone update me throughout the entire day; I had to call in. I wasted a whole day waiting for them to arrive as promised. I went and got the title to the car notarized first thing in the morning and did my part to be ready. Very disappointing experience and awful customer service.

I sold a junk 2005 Suzuki to the folks here through Peddle. They came on the day they said they were coming, the person who picked the vehicle up was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The
Price was very competitive compared to other companies I had researched.

Had me waiting two days to tow my car. I called them. Their voicemail was full. Their customer service sucks.
Do not get your car junked by them!

Dealt with Leroy through Peddle. Extremely rude! Lied to me every time I talked to him! I’m not surprised to see how bad their reviews are!
