Everything went smoothly and everyone was very helpful. Trish was especially helpful with a scheduling issue.

Very polite and easy to be in there and thats coming from someone with a fear of Dentists. I called yesterday to see if I could get in for an emergency appt (and I wasn't a patient) and they were able to get me in.

Absolutely worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. They explained one procedure to me and then performed a different one and when I tried to talk to them about the misunderstanding they were extremely passive saying things like "you wouldn't understand its dental terminology" rather than explain where the misconception of treatment came from. So unhappy with how my teeth look and feel now, when I was only supposed to go in for cavity work. I feel extremely blindsided and am writing this to hopefully save another patient from going through what I did. I saw some bad reviews but thought to give this place a try anyways - do not make my mistake, go somewhere else.

Always have a great experience, efficient, clear on what is being done, follow up scheduled and any future needs covered. My husband and I have been coming here for over 18 years and have always had a good experience. Dr. Jack is outstanding! Holly is wonderful too!

After some issues with a big chain dental practice this is a nice change. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Bluestone is great.

After having a bad experience with one of the big dental chains in my insurance network I decided to try Yorktowne Dental. What a difference it made! Dr. Jack is wonderful with my daughter who has anxiety issues and the staff is friendly and helpful with scheduling appointments. I highly recommend Yorktowne Dental to everyone I know. 5 stars.

This place cares absolutely ZERO about its patients. All they want is your money and they implore underhanded tactics to get fees out of you. Had a cleaning appointment scheduled from 6 months ago. They called me the day before to remind me. I was traveling out of town and asked to reschedule. She said it's a $30 fee for not canceling 48 hours ahead of time. I said it would have been nice for you to call me with the reminder 48 hours ahead instead of 24 hours. She told me this appointment was scheduled 6 months ago so I had plenty of time to cancel? That's straight slimeball tactics. My former dentist in Hanover would call one week ahead of time for the reminder to make sure you could keep your appointment. They understand people aren't going to remember an appointment made 6 months ago. It's a shame they stopped taking my insurance. Well anyway the woman whose name is Carolyn asked me did I Want to reschedule the appointment now. I told her NO that I would be finding a new dentist.

The dental tech Holly provided phenomenal service. She took her time and thoroughly cleaned my teeth today:)

Just recently got my braces off and I couldn’t be happier! I’ve never once had a bad experience with the dentist or orthodontist. Everyone there is very kind and treat all patients with respect. Very very happy!

I have been with Dr. B since 1995. He is wonderful. Amanda, Holly and Sharon are wonderful. Actually all are great people

The staff at this office are great. Very nice and accommodating. Dr jack is the best. I had a lot of work done recently and it was virtually pain free.

I had issues with insurance and the dentist ultimately ended up covering my bill because they told me I was covered when I wasn't. It was stressful at first but I'm satisfied they resolved the issue on their end.

Great dental practice. Dr. Jack is really good at what he does. Amanda rocks and Ashley is “the bomb”. I would recommend Yorktowne Dental to everyone.
