These folks are super courteous and helpful. They went completely out of their way to help me with a 4 Wheeler problem for my great granddaughter. They do not deal with this brand of machine but spent a lot of time showing me how to take care of the problem. Reasonable above and beyond just being nice.
First impressions are everything and mine was lacking. Upon entering the shop area I was over come by fumes that I could only a tribute to a waste oil burner. Although that is understandable and I'm personally not offended by it, the sales desk is also located in this area possibly making title work and or sales uncomfortable during the winter season. Next proceeded to the show room which was little more then a storage area. It was a large area but nothing spaced out or any rhyme or reason, just bunched together, couldn't even walk around them. Also it seemed to me and I could be wrong, that all the new equipment was stored outside on the lot long term. Personally I find that a turn off. I think with a little updating this could be a hidden gem. I have heard they do good mechanical work, but can not attest to that myself.
People here really know what they are doing. Prices for service and propane great. I wish everyone was as honest in business as they are.
Very unreliable people, someone called Jeanne works there promised to give me a call if someone is interested in the atv i wantet to buy since i wasn't able to go pick it until the weekend (3 days), bearing in mind i offered to pay a deposit using a card over the phone or do a bank transfer but she said no she can't do it. She texted me the following day saying that the atv is sold and sorry that you're not happy!
