20Provided with a hospital bed. Bed arrived on time as expected. Felix Shelby delivered and set up the bed. He was very personable and polite, with a positive attitude. And he was very adept at setting up the bed and explaining the function. Felix employed the same aptitudes when he picked up the bed. It was a pleasure working with him.
I was waiting for the weekend They came to where I was which was only like 10 to 15 minutes away from their office which was awesome I really appreciate that Eddie was on time very pleasant Is very knowledgeable Is easy to work Easy to work with. The receptionist was friendly. The technician (Mathew) was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and ones I didn’t know I had.

Andrew was very helpful with answering all my questions. He was able to tell me about why my machine is doing different things now that the season has changed. Also ways to adjust the machine with step by step instructions so it is better for me. He did this without even looking anything up. Andrew really news his machines.
I went in first thing in the morning. Met Andrew and told him what I needed. A very pleasant and helpful fellow. Spoke about dogs and football and of course my product I went for. All around a good experience. Thank You.
Need to know how to use the small tanks with the sliver attachment on top where the key should be is that in place of a key is that the key?
Frank was very informative on the equipment that was delivered from the company. He went over everything slowly so we knew exactly how to use the equipment, and explained if we had any questions to just call the company. He also showed us that the phone number for the company was located on the equipment incase we needed to reach them right away. It was a very positive and professional experience.
Service at hospital was good. But they are charging 200 dollars for a machine you can get online for 40 dollars. If you can wait just buy it yourself.

Amber was my tech and she was amazing - extremely knowledgeable, overly helpful, and extremely dedicated to patient care.
The staff I spoke with over the phone were pleasant, and efficient. Every technician who came to my home were polite, understanding and kind. The issues I had were delivery delays and mix ups, which resulted in supply shortages for my son…and completely incorrect formula and supplies (completely wrong type of feeding tube, etc) being sent to my home in preparation for his hospital discharge. I can’t point the finger at Young’s fully for that as McKesson comes into play with the deliveries too. I just couldn’t continue dealing with it and it wasn’t fair to my little boy, so I switched DME’s completely for my son.
Alfred was great. He took his time in explaining everything about the operation of the equipment to us. And at my age I need a good explanation of everything. Also provided the M6 tanks that I will use. Thank you Alfred
