17Horrible Company. Now that Adapt Health has taken over…there is no customer service. You cannot talk to anyone locally. I submitted a new prescription for cpap supplies weeks ago. I keep on being told they need to verify more information for insurance but wont tell me what I need to send them.
When my Uncle's oxygen machine died, they replaced it with a faulty machine that died two days later. It died at 6: 45 this morning and they were notified before 7am. My uncle was told that shift change was at 7: 30 so they would not send someone out immediately but that he would recieve a call between 8-10 am to let him know when the technician would be there. It is nearly 6 pm and he was notified that they will not come out today and can not confirm if they will even be there this weekend. This company claims that snow is an issue, however there was no snow this morning. They are deliberately and purposly endangering the life someone dependent on oxygen. They have purposly left someone who requires 24/7 without it to die. Melissa, the supervisor also lied to him about a technician coming. This is criminal. Beware of this company.
Barry is the best! I went in nervous for my first CPAP fitting but his sense of humor & knowledge on the product completely changed the game! He was very thorough in making sure I understood how everything worked and eased all of my concerns. The other staff there were also super nice and brought a very welcoming atmosphere to the office. Can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you Barry!
The 5-star review is ONLY for the most recent technician that was sent to my home, Mark P.who was absolutely fabulous, so personable and apologetic for everything that we have been dealing with from this company- the company, ADAPT HEALTH, as a whole gets a 2 or 3 at best!
I have had nothing short of a nightmare trying to get my mother's home oxygen concentrator replaced with a better working unit. This will be the 3rd or 4th unit within 1-1/2 years of renting the. I only just found out that the unit itself should be good for 5 years without any problems - we have had nothing but continued problems with each concentrator that we received.
On 11/30, I spoke with a gentlemen named James and he was supposed to send out a technician that day to swap out units - we waited all day and no one came. I called around 6pm only to find out that James never placed the order. I spoke with someone from their on-call team who was happy to try and troubleshoot the machine so we could get it temporarily working. A little time had past, about 3 weeks & it now is 12/15, and the machine starting acting up again so I had to call and who do I get on the phone. James again! He assured me this time that a technician was coming to my house to bring my mother a new unit - well, guess what happened again - James NEVER PLACED THE ORDER! That's TWICE this gentlemen failed to put orders in to help a patient in need - I wish I had his last name or office that he worked from but I don't and I hope if I ever have to call back again he does not answer the phone. This gentlemen is not fit to do his job and I hope that this company improves over time since they are becoming a conglomerate in the medical equipment industry.
I was not there but my in laws were. They said he was very nice and had the bed set up in about 20 minutes.
The representative mark is awesome.very helpful and great customer service and very polite
UPDATE - Billing from this company is a huge problem for me. I don't know how to get them to stop double billing for things. I contacted the state attorney general and am awaiting a response. They send past due statements for items I already paid for. I keep trying to get this straightened out on my end, but with all this confusion I don't know if I'll ever get there. Also, my Medicare begins tomorrow, and I have no idea who to contact to change that information.
These people are awful! I changed CPAP machines, and I was receiving supplies for the old machine for such a long time. Took several months to get that corrected. I received one incorrect item that I wasn't able to return, and the person I spoke with on the phone said she would have Billing not charge me for that item. Now I continuously receive bills for this item in addition to a late charge, and I refuse to pay for it based on the phone call I had with a representative who said her name so fast I couldn't understand it. There are so many divisions to this organization who don't communicate with one another, and I have been through so many difficult situations I just wish I could go somewhere else.
Every delivery to my house is a positive one. Not only is Mark good to me he also is good to my dog he brings him treats. Mark is a very professional, positive and happy man. It's nice to have someone who loves his job
My technician was Barry. He was awesome and knowledgeable about everything. He explained everything in great detail andade sure all my questions were answered before I even asked!
Wish I could add a lot more stars. These people deserver a sky full. They were so helpful to this 86 year old grandmother setting up OX tanks
People were nice but you can not get a direct phone number to call them. My husband has been trying to get information for his new CPAP and no one calls him back. When I finally got a hold of someone they were supposed to email him it's been 2 weeks and still no email.
Jeff was so kind and helped my Bingo Nancy out with such professionalism! Amazing, super fast service, and very respectful. Awesome job Jeff, Nancy is a tough one!
Adept has been wonderful with all my medical supplies and equipment. Have always solved any issues that may have come up.
I was in desperate need of an on site location for help with a broken CPAP machine and was VERY fortunate to be directed to Young’s! My technician was Barry and he was AWESOME! Explained why my unit was not functioning and fixed it immediately! I wanted to put it on right there and catch up on the 9 days of great sleep that I missed! There were 2 other employees there and I’m sorry that I didn’t get their names…they too were great; kind and engaging!

We've enjoyed working with Trevor and miss taneah. They've gone the extra mile to make sure we are set with my sons ventilator/cpap machine. I removed a star because the phone service lacks greatly. The billing ppl are difficult to understand, neither do they seem to understand you. As for ordering replacement filter etc through them, it's very frustrating because sometimes it goes up to 2 months til we finally get it. I'm not sure what the deal is there. If it wouldn't have been for miss taneah and Trevor my review would be drastically different.
Awesome fast reactions same day set was greatly appreciated n technician setting it up was very nice n friendly would recommend this company anybody who needs medical supplies
The address on maps is incorrect, it's actually off of rt. 61 and you turn right after the cross keys center sign and it's behind the complex on the right! Barry was super helpful, funny and didn't make me feel dumb for asking a lot of questions. I felt more educated and able to take charge of my sleep care thanks to him!
