Sorry to see Bill go! New ownership is not the same. Made appointments and sat there for hours! Customer Service is not even close to what Bill did. Sadly after going there for over 40 years, we will not go back.
This place is pretty good. Very friendly service. They helped me out with a flat. Plugged the tire n put it on for $15 or so. Thanks Youngstown tire!
