Another Reading Business without professionalism and Customer Service. Went in at 5: 59 pm to get something notarized. There was someone being taken care of and two staff members. One of them asked me to wait a little bit. Waited for 30 minutes and multiple people that came in after me, received what they needed and left while I waited. Nowhere did it say appointment required so I would imagine that means first come first served. Not in their case though. Will not be returning. I now know why the reviews are so low.

They say open at 8am and they are still closed at that time! Please give an update of hours.

This is my second time using their services and honestly it was a very pleasant visit. The staff may look serious but they are very friendly. My coworker recommended me this place and I’m glad I listened to her recommendation. The place may be a little small for how much business they have but the service over all out sees that part. I recommend this place to my family members, I’m sure their experience will be just as great as the ones I had.
