YWCA Gettysburg & Adams County

Can't seem to properly manage the hot tub. Limiting patrons to 15 minutes a day is poor management practices. Penalizing members is not the solution, been in spas all over the world and never been limited to 15 minutes. Why even change into a swimsuit for 15 minutes? Hopefully with closing the wet area down they can remedy the issue.

If you want to pay $50 a month to NOT have access to all equipment, a hot tub broken every other week, being yelled at by rude staff, and dated facility, then go here.
I joined to use the pool and the bikes, BUT they now keep the cycle room under lock and key and you can only use them during class. I can't do any other cardio as it is to hard on my joints and my schedule doesn't fit with the cycle class schedule. I was also in the middle of a workout when a employee yelled at me for breaking a rule I was unaware of and they didn't have posted anywhere. I will gladly apply, but I was rudely interrupted in the middle of my yoga and yelled at.
The weight section is extremally dated and rusted.not worth the money.

Daycare staff do not provide a safe and friendly environment for children. Toddler is scared to go to school because of unprofessional behavior. Rude and dismissive.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I reached out via FB and email with no response. I also called and the staff member who took my call informed me there was no one I could talk to. A staff member, the same who took my call, was extremely rude to my family and I would have liked to have addressed the issue with a manager.

Fantastic staff. Welcoming and professional. They pay attention to questions and act upon them. Great pool and adjoining jacuzzi/spa is fantastic - both very clean. They are about to install a dozen or more brand new cardio machines to replace some aging equipment. Thanks for the great management of your facility.

I used to love swimming here, but now you can’t swim without a membership or someone has to be there with you who has a membership. That wouldn’t be a problem if the memberships weren’t over $100, plus lasting a year. I don’t live in this area and don’t come up often except for Easter, so this is very disappointing. Wish they didn’t change the policy.

Been doing the swimming with the kiddo. Not over crowded. Lockers, showers, 1 family room that can get jammed up sometimes. Never a bad experience

If there was a way to give this place 0 stars I would! PLEASE DO NOT enroll your child in the daycare program! Due to the safety, administration and learning this is NOT a place for a child yet alone a pet! Please do your research before taking your child here. Absolutely disgusted by this place! I do not see how they are still open and able to have kids in their care. Do NOT trust the employees there with your child. The administration is a joke! It needs to be shut down.

It's ridiculous that Gettysburg doesn't have an affordable gym. $50 to join and $45/month to workout? Are you encouraging or discouraging?

Silver Sneakers for seniors is great! Full gym with various machines, bikes, and treadmills

A great facility with lots of diversity.
Swimming pool, racket ball, basketball, weight room, large aerobic and dance rooms.
