They did a beautiful job on my three rugs. They communicate well about scheduling and problems with the rugs that need to be repaired. The pick-up and delivery people are professional and friendly.

They do amazing work. We brought two rugs in that were damaged by our new puppy. One had pet stains and the other was chewed through the middle. When Zakian was done the pet stains were gone and the hole was repaired so that was only visible if you knew that what you were looking for. The price seemed more than fair for the work that was done. Definitely worth the 2-hour drive from Harrisburg area. We will be using them again to clean our other rugs.

Do not take your rugs here. The little old skinny yt woman is rude, adult, and very unprofessional. The biggie in the back snacks all day and tells you different times for pickups and drop offs. Use to be a ok place. Now it’s gone down hill

I had two carpets cleaned and some minor repair work done. Every aspect of the job was great. Special thanks to receptionist who was very friendly and was accommodating to a schedule change on my end. The pick up and delivery crew were very friendly and professional too.
