I arrived early for my appt. Zakia's asst.offered drinks and snacks and she began the numbing process on my eyebrows. Zakia took me in the back and began to place the markings and outline for the brow shape. I was satisfied with the outline and she began the microshading process. I lost most of my eyebrows unfortunately to medications for an autoimmune condition. I was amazed at the results and how natural the brows look. She is truly an expert in her field, when I walked into my home, my daughters and husband's eyes lit up! 5 star plus business.

When I say AMAZING I mean it. The shop is clean, cute and inviting. The assistant is so helpful and nice. And Zakia her work speaks for itself. Each time I went I had nothing but a positive experience. Book her Now!

This is a very unprofessional outrageous money wasting salon. I had an appointment which zakia canceled twice for lies that she had an accident on each occasion. On the day of the appointment there was so much drama which was unnecessary and ncalled for. I just had my microblading done at lash and brow salon for $300 far cheaper than zakia and apart from the price it was neat clean and professional also the drama was not there with my accompanied person. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

I had the most wonderful experience with Zakia and her services were impeccable. She did my ombré brows and I am so pleased with the results. I had to come write a review because everything was amazing. Her assistant was super professional & friendly. Zakia herself was so easy going, great energy & just a genuine vibe. The overall experience was a 10 for me! My brows are perfect and I wouldn’t change a thing. Thanks Zakia and team!

Had my appointment today and was greeted by a friendly receptionist who welcomed me into a clean and nicely decorated place of business. I experience great service. Zakia was patient, knowledgeable and personable. Most importantly my brows are beautiful. The two hour drive from Delaware was definitely worth it.

Zakia did an excellent job on my brows! She explains the process thoroughly and makes you feel as comfortable as possible throughout the microshading process. Herself and her receptionist demonstrate excellent customer service and I look forward to coming back in a couple of years for my touch up!

I have been a customer for last 4 years. Even through Covid, I had to reschedule but Zakia and her staff always communicated and were very accommodating. Great service everytime I have had my brows done and retouched. I receive so many compliments on my brows because they look so natural. Great service, no waiting, a truly professional team.

Does good brows but has terrible customer service. I arrived at 4: 04 for my touch appointment scheduled for 4. Her website says 5 min grace period. She said I couldn’t be seen because I should have been there at 3: 40 to get numbing. I said I would do the appointment without numbing but they still refused to see me. I also asked if since they took my deposit and wouldn’t return if they would be able to wax my eyebrow since this time slot was reserved for me and they said no. There was another individual getting her eyebrows done while I was there so my appointment was never going to start at 4 pm no matter how early I got there. The girl at the front was very nice and professional but Zakia yelled from the back while doing another persons brows “or she could just not come back”.

Very clean location with a zen vibe. Good music. She did not overbook and the communication from the time I booked to the time I walked in showed me how much they care about the client experience. I appreciated the fact that they valued my time as a customer. The receptionist and Jasmine were very professional and relatable. She talked me through each step and that helped me to relax my nerves. I didn't have a plan or design in mind but Jasmine designed the brows to fit the shape of my face and it turned out wonderful! I loved the width and length. It was definitely worth the commute and the price!

So.here’s the thing! I took a class to an investment in my self and I could not have made a better choice. Zakia, Kailyn and Kailyns best friend were the absolute meaning of professionalism meets realness. I appreciated the patience Zakia showed, the hospitality she gave and the confidence she showered the class with Zakia is such an amazing teacher that I know “IM GOING TO SLAY THE HELL OUT OF SOME EYEBROWS” PERIOD!

I took her course last week. She was very informative and hands on with helping us. She definitely teaches you everything you need to know and sets you up for success. She also has been following my practice work on clients and give me constructive feed back so the training doesn’t stop with her. This was definitely one of the best if not the best decision I’ve made for my professional career. I’m so happy with my training and wish I would’ve done this sooner. Thank you!

Ambiance was nice and woo-sah, snacks while you are waiting, she took the time to explain the process and my eyebrows have never looked better. I got my eyebrows micro-shaded here three years ago and they still look good. I get compliments all the time on them!

I found out about Zakia on IG while trying to find a good local professional to get microshading done on my sparse eyebrows. I decided to go with her because her prices were lower, her work looks amazing, & she even had plenty of pix/videos of how her work aged over time on her clients. Even after a year, a lot of her clients didn’t need any sort of touch up! The only downside is how long you have to wait to get an appointment, but that’s only because soo many people are booking her services. I’m not from Philly, but it was well worth the trip. Zakia and all the other staff were very friendly. It’s a very cute & inviting shop. Zakia & her receptionist did a great job making sure I was comfortable & understood what was happening & why throughout the process. She was extremely patient with me while we were trying to figure out the best shape for my face. I’m very pleased with how they turned out & my overall experience! 10/10 I would definitely recommend if you can make it to Philly:)

I got my brows ombré by Zakia about 2 years ago and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I used to fill my brows in every morning but now I wake up to flawlessly filled brows. They are semi permanent and I’ve gotten the recommended yearly touch up. Zakia is professional, and her craft speaks for itself as her work is exceptional. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my brows and I always say Zakia’s Brow Bar and either share her contact or her IG page.

I did months of research before finally booking with Zakia. I was impressed by the entire team’s professionalism and excellent quality of service. I am more than happy with the quality of my eyebrows and often get complimented on them. There’s no where else I would go or recommend anyone to go.
