Upon purchasing a 2005 Lotus Elise, my first venture into semi-exotic vehicles, I needed to find a reputable service shop I trusted. I did some research and spoke with Frank while deciding on a vehicle. I am happy to say my experience with Zeigler Exotic Cars has met and exceeded my expectations. Frank is very helpful and a man of integrity and honesty. Tom did some work on my car and I was impressed with his thoroughness, knowledge and the quality of his workmanship. I would highly recommend Zeigler Exotic Cars for service on your vehicle. Although they are 70+ miles from my home, they are worth the trip!

I had my Maserati' 5 year service completed at Zeigler Exotics. This was my first time to the shop. Frank met me outside, gave me the grand tour and introduced me to the Techs. It quickly became apparent Frank knows his way around Maserati, Ferrari, Porsche, Etc.and that I would be leaving my car in good hands. This comprehensive service was completed timely and the car returned running and looking like the day the dealership delivered it to me.

Bar none.the best service shop I've ever used. Frank is a consummate businessman who strives to build his business thru customer service. Knows vehicles and understood my need to have my R8 "taken care of". I strongly recommend Frank and his staff, good peoplel!

I've gotten to know Frank and his staff over the past couple of years and they have impressed me with their knowledge, deep interest in continued learning and putting respect for the client first and foremost. I have seen a continued investment in tools and techniques that allow them to work on a wide range of cars properly. From current model cars dripping with computer controls to rare classics with just a hand full of wires, Frank's crew handles all of them with care and concern.

Where to start. First of all.if you own an exotic car you need to call these guys stat. I would honestly visit this place regularly even if I didn't own one. Frank and his mechanics are the most personable and respectful people I have ever met. Super nice guys. They are efficient and beyond knowledgeable. Whether you work 40 hours a week or own the Belagio.it doesn't matter to them. I can't say enough about their character let alone their abilities as mechanics. Highly recommended.

The recipe for success is pretty simple.

1. Be knowledgable about the service you are offering
2. Communicate regularly and honestly
3. Back-up your work

You'd be surprised by how many shops fail to meet these standards. I can honestly say that I brought my car to Frank at Zeigler Exotic Cars (formerly Possum Hollow Motorsports) and from day one he was a straight shooter. In fact, we spoke every day while my car was in the shop with detailed questions and updates. He even worked with me on the price to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the experience I received. The car is running great and I can rest assured that Frank and his team have gone thoroughly everything. You've got a repeat customer.

Fantastic Experience. Was a little concerned when I saw a Lotus and a Maserati surrounded by numerous Porshes' in the shop, and I was bringing in a lowly Jetta! They treated me just the same, diagnosed my problem, and got it fixed. Found out that the owner's daily driver is a Jetta, so he knows the car! Take your German, Italian, or Brit car here. Diagnosed and fixed properly.

I wrote maybe 2 reviews my entire life, but this shop needs to be talked about.
What can I say, this is a great place run by a group of amazing people. Hidden gem - GPS kept taking me to the wrong building, but worth the time to find (it's in the lower part of the larger structure, down a sloping driveway along the right after the main entrance lot). The place was clean and professional, with a lightning-fast staff. Bill & Frank, thank you both for taking great care of me & my 2007 328xi!
Went in for a ticking noise from the N52 engine. The afternoon before, I spoke with Bill about my concerns and he offered to look it over for me first thing in the morning. I had reservations about the fix because I was afraid to be without a car for even a day, but Bill was so attentive and got the diagnosis started within minutes of me arriving. Right away, Bill ruled out lifter tick, and Frank got to working and narrowed down the source of the noise to the ac compressor. Together, they explained to me what they could do to replace the part and would do their best to get it done that day. Hard to pass up, esp since they told me what needed to be done, how much it would cost, a target completion time, and the no-pressure option to look elsewhere if I wanted. Wow. I couldn't say 'no' to that level of professionalism and customer-oriented care. Their rates weren't much higher than competing German/Euro auto shops, and the diag was fast so I agreed to wait in the shop and have them swap out the compressor. From then on, the job proceeded like clockwork. Frank was done with disassembly, removal, and draining before lunch. Bill had a part shipped over on rush from the next state over, scheduled to arrive within 5 hours. The speed was insane. There's no other way to describe it - they were downright hospitable. I genuinely felt taken care of and it was just total peace of mind. Bill even offered to drive me to an Italian place down the road so I could grab a bite while I waited. Just so well taken care of that day. You guys are true gents and examples to your industry.
The compressor arrived before 3 and Frank got working again and I was on my way home before 5. I swear, if we weren't waiting for the part to arrive, I'd be home in time for lunch. Frank was nice enough to top off my wiper fluid as well and cleared some obd codes that never went away from a previous diag. The car ran smooth and quiet all the way home.
My experience with Bill & Frank was incredible. Between them diagnosing and blazing through the repair process, and Bill taking his time and sharing his insights with me on cars in general throughout the day, this has got to be the gold standard. Hats off, guys. I am an extremely satisfied and impressed customer.

A highly experienced German mechanic who guarantees his work! I took my Audi into the shop few months back. Frank quickly diagnosed the malfunction indicator. Rather than replacing the entire cover, as the dealer would've done, he replaced only the faulty valve in that assembly, at a huge savings for me. When the same error came on again today, he installed another valve free of charge! Where else are you going to find a mechanic who does that? ! Whenever I go there, the shop has everything from the super Italians to collectible Porsches and racers on their lifts. So, I know my daily driver is in good hands. Tom is the other mechanic and he would be the head mechanic at any high-end dealership. Along with John who does front office, there is more experience there going into your car than you can find anywhere else. Thanks, Guys! Godspeed.

I've had my '87 Carrera serviced by Bill Boys at Possum Hollow several times. This is my daily driver, so every time it goes into the shop my wife has to shuttle me around. Bill is a very busy guy, and my guess is that I'm a needier customer than most. He is patient when I am pushy. He meets deadlines and does excellent work. Happy customer!

Possum Hollow is one of the best shops I have ever dealt with. I recently had an unusual clutch issue which resulted in two separate shift problem episodes. Bill Boys, the owner, was determined to make it right and finally discovered and fixed the very unusual problem
Great people to deal with and lots of pride in workmanship.
I highly recommend them

Exceptional Service! The owner & staff treat me and my vehicles with the respect I have never seen. I have been a loyal customer now for 4 years and don't expect that to ever change. Bill Boys (Owner) will treat your vehicle (baby) with the respect it deserves. I highly recommend them as the best alternative to dealership routine maintenance, service & OEM performance upgrades.
