Had a title and registration transfer that took well over an hour. My plate was a recall from penndot but the only replacement ones she had were locked out from penndot. She called penndot to try getting them unlocked and after a 10 minute hold was told they were good to go. Well after the 2nd attempt to get one to go through a plate was excepted. YAY right? ! WRONG! She didn’t double check that was the actual plate in front of her before submitting electronically. Then penndot website “went down” so she would have to paper file a correction with an actual plate she has and swore it would be faxed over right away. How convenient penndot still has the incorrect plate and no knowledge of another form sent via fax and she is either closed or just ignoring the phone. I will NEVER recommend anyone going there unless it is something simple and no chance of being screwed up

She always is ready to accommodate you, I don't think anyone will be able to replace her courtesy that she offers. And she is quick. In and out
