Zesto Pizza & Grill, Philadelphia PA

I ordered my food over the phone at 8: 45 PM. The delivery driver showed at my residence at 9: 02 PM. I immediately thought there’s no way that this food was freshly made. When i opened my platter up, for sure it looked like a rushed job that wasn’t appetizing. Also, i was told that it would take 30-40 minutes for delivery, but the delivery driver arrived early and was rushing me to hurry up and get my food. Don’t order a Buffalo chicken cheesesteak from here, and don’t select delivery for the $5 delivery fee (including the rude driver).

This location's prices have become absurd. $33 for 20 hot wings? ! Seriously. I

This was the messiest cheesesteak I’ve ever had. Cheesesteak pieces were going all of the place other than just staying in the bread. It had no flavor other than the ton of onion slices they put in it. I also ordered “curly” fries but nothing about it was curly. They gave me the leftovers of the curly fries, extremely crunchy, burnt, and end pieces. Ridiculous. On top of that they had the audacity to charge me $1 for a ranch sauce. If you’re looking to get a good quality cheesesteak go somewhere else. Would not recommend this place at all! I ended up leaving the food outside for the stray cats.

I have been on the hunt for a good pizza in Philadelphia for 5 years now, and I am sad to say that 'this ain't it cheif'. The crust is under cooked and the toppings take over the whole slice. There is no balance between sauce cheese and bread. I wish this was the spot, but it didn't live up the my expectations. Unlkely that I will be back for slices, however, their stromboli ain't half bad.

Wanted to try something different, so we ordered a pizza from Zesto one night. We had not ordered from them in a while. Ordered a large pepperoni and was told 15-20 minutes for pick up. I showed up 20 minutes later and the counter person looked at me like I was crazy and informed me that there were still a bunch of pies ahead of mine. But she would let them know that I was waiting. All said with a bit of an attitude. After waiting another 25 minutes (45 altogether), I finally got my pizza with no apology offered. I understand places get busy. THEY told me when to come get it. I don't mind waiting 45 minutes, but don't tell me 15-20 then act like I'm in the wrong. That's when I remembered why I hadn't ordered from them in a while. Always the same.

Ordered on DoorDash & honestly not the best pizza I’ve had. Very average and the cheese taste weird, had to add my own seasonings

Stopped in around 9: 00 and hour before closing. Was disappointed they were mopping floors with no regard for patrons. But the pizza itself was phenomenal! High quality pepperoni, good cheese and the sauce was delicious. Definitely in my top 10 pizza shops in Philly. Recommend

Awful customer service! I use to love this place, but now they are charging a fee for using a credit card in 2022. Not even that you have to reach a minimum but just a flat fee. Also, it’s extra for any additional sauce you may need. This place is really looking to nickel and dime people and I won’t be going back!

I’m super grossed out at the fact that all the employees are touching food with their bare hands. Most of em are eating, drinking, and on their phones while doing all this. Haven’t seen any wash their hands either.

Best online ordering user interface around and is fully transparent with projected pickup and delivery times. Rewards program is also the best. Delivery is always great. Can order with exceptional detail and make sure you try everything on the menu. Something for everyone.

Used to like it, but they raised their prices without updating them online first, so I called in and ordered and did t know plain pizza had gone up $3 until I picked it up. Plus, they charge an extra 3% if you pay card, basically the prices are nothing like the menu. Now you can get a good large pizza buy one of the other 3 places in walking distance for $4 or more less and they're all transparent about their pricing.

Good food at decent prices! I always feel as though their cheese steaks are more full than some other places in the area. Overall a very nice business

HORRIBLE service. They never delivered my order - Owner was ZERO help and told me THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME? !? ! He said drivers ALWAYS STEEL THE CUSTOMERS FOOD and there was NOTHING he could do for me. Absolute SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - EVER

My husband and I ordered cheesesteaks. Well cooked, prepared as requested, tasty rolls. We'll come again.

We placed a delivery order. The driver mistakenly gave the order to the wrong person. The driver apologized and said that he would request that the order be re-done and delivered. After waiting for over an hour we called to find out the status of the order only to find out that the order had been canceled. There was no courtesy call or apology. We have ordered from this establishment several times and will no longer patronize this business.
