My son and I have been extremely pleased with all services from this business. Earnie and his staff are excellent at what they do. We have needed electrical, plumbing and duct cleaning work done. Each technician has been kind, professional and informative. The maintenance technician Ed was great at explaining everything as well. Also the phone receptionists have always been very friendly and we receive courtesy calls to let us know when the technician will arrive. We are new to the area and are so glad to have found this business to address our home needs. I highly recommend this business!

I installed Rinnai Tankless water heater in 2021. They sent for service last year in June 2022. This year my tankless water heater isn’t running hot water. I scheduled an appointment to check. This guy came and took the flame sensor and cleaned with sand paper. Set up heating 125.and changed $249. After one month it totally stopped running hot water. I started the doing my research on tankless rinnai water heater’s problem, brand, types, efficiency and prices. Zimmerman price was doubled the price compare to Lowe’s, Home Depot and online. I recommend costumers learn yourself or compare the prices before you install any heating and cooling systems at your house. I’m dissatisfied and disappointed.

I had water leaking from a drain on a Saturday night of a 3 day weekend. I called and someone came out the next morning and spent about 2.5 hours cleaning the gunk out of the drain pipes. He did a great job and didn’t make a mess.

The service is very thorough. The serviceman explains everything that was done and I have a lot of confidence in this company.

We’ve used Zimmerman’s for AC and hot water heater maintenance for years! They are prompt, professional, and always do an amazing job with maintenance and repairs.

Our AC went out over the weekend. I called Zimmerman Plumbing and heating at 8 AM Monday. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed by noon. Our technician Brad was very knowledgeable and personable. We liked the service so much that we signed up to be members.
