Zippo / Case Museum & Flagship Store, Bradford PA

I was able to get this summer's (2023) green oak hunter with the clip and skinner blades. It's nice I used it all season to clip my vegetables from the vine. The knives are fine, Zippo is great. I carried the Pow Mia black lighter into battle it was amazing. The museum is fine.interesting. The gift shop needs work. I was at your unit twice this summer 2023, and the first time I didn't know your products. Bought the kelly green hunter on my mom's employee discount (she was present and made the purchase) without knowing what it was. Imagine trying to buy a knife with out it's name listed next to it. I should give you a 1 star for the way you have your knives displayed and merely a item number next to it. Plus they are all over priced. Overpriced items are not the problem, the displays are. A Zippo lighter explains itself obviously and the new high tech inserts are amazing. You need to at least put the names of your knives next to them.check out the cambria font. For God's sakes I'm not even sure if you had a whittling knife. I asked for a carving knive last time I was there and the staff brushed me off with random disingenuous answers. It's important to understand that because I only developed an appreciation for your product this year. What about old timers that go in there? Why are you disconnecting the customer from the name of the knives in the gift shop? It made me irritated when I had to pull out my phone in the gift shop a couple of weeks ago and I left without making a purchase other than a 22 dollar zippo insert and 18 dollar knife sheath. The gift shop on the case side specifically generates more questions then answers. Next year when my I visit if I see that the names are not listed next to the knives I will seek out this review and amend it and change it to a 1 star. Your secondary markets must be so equitable that you dont even need to display the names of your products in the gift shop! I did appreciate the 10 percent military discount so that's probably why you got a neutral 3 stars.

It's amazing how much important history lives in Bradford, PA. Zippo & Case are legendary American brands, and its museum is absolutely worth a visit! It's a free & guide yourself tour, plus gift shop. Whether you have 10 minutes or an hour, it's a place worth visiting!

Have wanted to stop here for a long time, finally did. Off the beaten path a bit, but worth the drive.

We were passing thru the area and didn't even know that Bradford PA was where Zippo lighters came from. So we had to pop in!

We had a great time visiting the Free Museum and learned a lot! Also we had to purchase our very own Zippo even though we don't smoke. Everyone should have a lighter handy though for the just in case.

Very interesting museum. My favorite part was the damaged Zippo lighters and how they were damaged in garbage disposal, railroad, etc.

If you're a Zippo head check it out. I've gotten my stepson into Zippos and we had to go here this is the only thing he wanted to do on the trip it was totally worth it The staff were great with him and they engraved his lighter and did a beautiful job. He hasn't stop talking about how much fun he had looking at all the different zippos

For adults the prices are kind of eh. I mean there's definitely some things there that are cool that you won't find elsewhere but the regular plain old ones are more than they are at Walmart which doesn't make any sense. I've always wanted a Sterling one but they're definitely not doing it by the ounce of silver price. Don't get me wrong there's some great options but don't go in there thinking you're going to get a deal. And I won't even get into the case knife selection and those prices.

The museum itself is worth it if you're a true Zippo fan. But don't just walk through Make sure you read everything it really gives the story and the history of this great company.

Overall the staff were great we were there on Monday the 21st so whoever was working thank you for all your help and thank you for helping Evan choose the right one.

Maybe I'm just cheap, but if you're in town definitely check it out the history alone is worth it.

My family and I take a trip down here every year to visit when we stay at Allegany state park! Lots of things to look at and buy. The kids stay occupied for a good 20-30 minutes and it’s fun! I bring my dog everywhere I go and I was planning to stay outside and be bored, however to my surprise they’re pet friendly! I was so happy I was able to bring her in and have a good time with us. Workers are super nice and friendly.

We love this place! Great museum! Have visited many times, but still fun to stop by when in the area. Find something new everytime

My husband wanted to buy a gift for our son-in-law for putting up with us and our 4 yippers. He bought 2 Harley Davidson lighters under $100!

This museum was very interesting even for people who do not use Zippo or Case knives. There is a great layout that takes you through the history and then production of both the lighters and the knives. It is appropriate for all ages. And best of all they are pet friendly. The gift shop has some exclusive items for sale.

Interesting little museum that's free to visit. Be careful in the gift shop, they have some very nice merchandise. We spent more than I planned. Definitely worth stopping to look around if you are passing by.
