Fast internet for me, when there is issues (which is rare) i get quick help to resolve the problem.

Giving one star only because I don't have the option to give zero stars! This company took over the only cable company available in the area where I live. First thing they did was take away a third of the available channels. Then they increased the cost, twice. For the last year they have been slowly taking more channels away. Telling customers that this is due to the transition to streaming service.which they are (illegally) saying that you have to purchase internet through them, because that's the only internet that supports their streaming services. Plus you have to buy an app as well. Oh, and those channels that we lost in the beginning? We're not getting those back if we go with them for streaming. So.soak us for more money and still less channels! Definitely not going to continue with this company!
Save yourself money and headache and stay far away from Zito Media! Horrible service and even worse customer service and non existent tech support!

I have had Zito Media internet for years now and I wouldn't have them if they weren't the only company that provides internet service for my address. The internet will go out for days at a time and I call and report it not working and I get short general answers. The last 3 times I called they said "I'll schedule a tech to come fix the issues you don't
have to be there when they come as the services will be done outside " Then THEY NEVER SHOW UP! No phone call email nothing.

Poor service internet in and out constantly, TV something. Removed Channels but price increases. If anything else is available go for it. I'm stuck with it the only cable here.

Don't bother, cable sucks always freezes or the screen goes black. Internet is just as bad, one minute it's working the next minute it's not. Call them and they say your cable box needs replaced but nobody ever calls or stops by to fix it. I'm about ready to call them and tell them to come get all of their junk out of my house. Worst service provider ever!

So far this month we have lost wifi 4 days. Our internet cost $148.77 monthly! Internet is slow most the time. We have the best package and just want people to know this place is a joke! I hope black bear will come here soon!

Would give less than 1 star if possible. Terrible customer service. Constant disconnects and random throttling. Will be switching services as soon as one becomes available in my area.

Zito Media is the worse cable and internet provider. Tv Stations constantly don't work.stop during shows.sound goes i and iut. Customer service is.horrivle and the only reason I had it was it was my only choice.how theu are in business is baffling. They need to be bankrupted or shutdown. And that's the nice things I can say.

The last 5-6 months have been terrible! Before that service would frequently quit or be crazy slow. They are easy to contact but little help. Seldom show up for a service call when the service quits. Usually the service is half decent by the day after the appointment is made. When the appointment rolls around in a week or so, no one shows up or contacts me except the last time. They wanted to sell me a new modem/router combo for $200. But I went and bought my own updated modem for much less at their recommendation. Which made little difference.
Switched to Mifflin county wireless and am much happier!

UPDATED 3/2/23- internet is great, when it’s up and running, however it is down quite often, and for long periods of time, and at the the most inconvenient times. I work from home and it’s not reliable enough for what I need. Calling customer service is a waste of time, they know nothing! I originally was very satisfied with this service, however in the past 1 1/2 years since I signed up, it’s gone downhill quickly so i updated my review. It takes multiple customers to call when it’s down to even get them to investigate an issue. Terrible!

When zito bought my previous provider the transitional period was rough, afterwards my internet was better Than ever and most importantly, reliable. Now, ever since mid December 2022 I've been having issues with my internet cutting out seeming every half hour, speeds fluctuating all over the place, and customer service has been worse than useless. If a competitor that can provide similar speeds becomes available in my area, I won't hesitate to switch providers, screw zito media.

Worse internet services around. It has been done for 4 days now and every time i reach out they say there is someone "working" on it. But when i talk to my neighbors and family they all say zito gave them a different excuse of why there service is down. Not only that its the most spotty internet i have every used and its extremely upsetting cause we use hulu live for are "cable". Please can we just get a name brand company to come in and give are area good services.

Just had an install done on Wednesday the 4th of January. I get very sporadic service and I end up having to reboot the modem every hour and a half to two hours if I want to watch anything. I have called them twice it is now Friday the 6th. They tell me that I cannot get anyone out here until February 13th. I should have known better. All I can say is that better not get billed for any of this until it is fixed properly.

Constant buffering.always told maintenance is being preformws and you will be notified when back up.never once got a call.customer service reps ARE NOT FROM US.extremely hard time understanding them.and they will lie to you at the drop of a hat.i have more issues with Zito then i ever did with my previous company.but living rural we have no other option for internet provider.

I write this review with a mixed bag of emotions. There are problems. I don't have cable TV. Don't care to have it either! I can say, this is the best internet I've ever had. I lived in downtown Erie and Comcast gouged me for premium internet only to provide 4 megabits. I paid for 50. The contractor installing my service told me, I would never see the speeds I paid for until the infrastructure improved. Zito gives me my 200 mbps I pay for. Unfortunately, my neighbors also on Zito experience crazy random outages and speed lags. They call and ask how mine is working, and well. I'm fine. I'm also next to a main artery road. I haven't had a perfect experience. I have experienced outages like crazy. Mostly during heavy rain. These issues have improved over the last year. The tech crew that came out listened to me. They worked back from my basement and identified a problem at my pole. I grew up in Port Allegany and now live near State College. My wife and I know a few people that work in Zito Coudersport. The problem really came down to me speaking with a Coudy rep, versus a call center. Your customer support is terrible. I won't sugar coat it. Outsourcing your call center is a mistake. I get put through a customer support loop and nothing gets resolved. I already know what's broken, but I go through a call center loop. My wife will legitimately tell them, she repeats "I WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE IN COUDERSPORT". Once we get a Coudy rep, they push data to me, see what's broken, and dispatch a crew. The call center makes me unplug things over and over, then give me a ticket. I don't know what's going on now. Black Bear in Center County is doing new lines. My Zito speed has almost doubled. I hit 380 megabits. Black Bear is running fiber. I did see Zito trucks working a couple of months ahead of the Black Bear work. Maybe your crew is upping your game. I cannot trash your service. I also can't praise it. You clearly have problems that need fixed. To the public, your mileage may vary. This is a rural provider.

They are great when it works. When it doesn’t, they do not care. You have to wait weeks for a technician and they refuse to even credit your bill for the service They still demand that you pay for the service that they can not provide. Basically stealing your money. That is how much they care for their customers
