Having Good Reviews doesn't ALWAYS lead to a great experience.

I contacted this business on Dec. 19,2023 to inquire about a Christmas Photo shoot for my Family of three on Saturday Dec23rd. Eddie himself told me that there was a 10am slot, which was perfect for me. He did not hesitate to send me his Cashapp handle for payment. He did answer all of my questions, and the reviews were good as I mentioned earlier, so I sent the $100 deposit.

Now come the morning of, Eddie sent me a text that he was in traffic and running almost 30min late, and even admitted to being outside of the car at the gas station at one point. I was on a tight schedule for the holiday weekend, and simply was not going to be able to get the pictures done after all. COMPLETELY RUINED OUR HOLIDAY PHOTOS. I was irritated with the unprofessionalism here, but unfortunately cannot say that I was surprised, I told him to keep his $100 deposit as a "Christmas gift" because that's literally what happened, I ended up giving a complete stranger a $100 Christmas gift. Good for him huh?

I did not even express my disgust because I had better things to do. I just figured a review would leave a better trail so that future consumers can make an informed decision.

The professional thing to do would have been to leave your home within a reasonable time frame to arrive at your studio at the scheduled time slot for your paying client, or to refund your paying client for your negligence as an apparent business owner.

The photographer had patient to let his customer understand the feelings for the postures he designed. He also showed the photos to customer to get feedbacks about the equalities of the photos. I will give him a thumb up with five stars.

10/10 would recommend. I have my whole family coming here. From parties to photoshoot. Don’t worry if y don’t feel photogenic because he’ll help with that.
