Zynitech Medical Inc, Exton PA

I couldn't believe how difficult it was to find a company who sells walking boots through insurance. After calling several companies I stumbled across Zynitech. Maureen was awesome on the phone. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. I was in a time crunch to get the boot and Maureen was able to get it to me the same day. Mark, the president, hand delivered it to me at my house and walked me through how to use it. Just like Maureen, he was great. He even returned the next day when I needed some extra wedges to go with it. I have no idea why anyone would have something negative to say about Zynitech. I would highly recommend them!

They have someone working there by the name of Maureen W and she is very rude and disrespectful! I tried to ask her questions and because she didn’t understand what I was asking if her-she decides to get very flippant and very unprofessional and after no help whatsoever she then hangs up on me. If this is the type of people that you have working for this company, I no longer want to deal with you and I will be spreading the word about your ill-mannered employees! I wish I can give 0 stars!
