The windows are sparkling, Aaron can always be depended upon to do a great job. However, as I already mentioned to Liz, I was very annoyed about the time change and being notified on Friday evening, when I was unable to contact anyone. The answering service passed on my complaint by I never heard back. I had to cancel an appointment as a result of the time change. I've booked the 1st appointment of the day for years and always a year in advance. This year was my first disappointment with A & A Windows. My appointment in August was also changed w/o advance notification. I stressed in my conversation with Liz that it is very important to me that this never happens again.

Matt was great. Would request him to clean my windows in the spring. (Didn't get the other coworker's name unfortunately.)

Their service was excellent, thorough and professional. This is our 3rd year utilizing A&A, highly recommend!

Excellent job. Both workers paid a special attention to the little details like cleaning out the tracks and cleaning. Not just a windows but around the windows. Interior in it out. Arrived on time. Went to work and got the job done

Terrific service. The crew were outstanding-they did great work on my tricky 130 year old windows, they were super nice guys, worked clean, and got it done quickly. Getting your windows cleaned is like coming up from underwater, you feel like you can breathe again.
