Customer service was as poor as it gets I personally will never go there again if they have a auto part I need I'll still drive 20 miles more to get it somewhere else horrible

Very friendly, helpful staff. If you're having a problem with your vehicle they will help you figure it out with their hand held computer. If it's a fuse, a bulb or a mirror, they will help you fix it.

I like advance better than the other stores.
Online ordering is easy too. Good prices and good customer service.

They had what I needed and gave me free advice and at a fraction of what their competitors wanted for the same part

Called to look for a part and the representative was wise and acted like a jerk. I cancelled the call within 30 seconds. Will never do business with them!

Place is great.they keep helping you untill you understand what your there fore. 1 guy even took me to my car to show me what he was talking about. I couldn't ask for more.

Just went there. Its Saturday night at 6: 47pm and the door was locked. They close at 7pm. I just needed a head light bulb that literally just went out tonight. Not good customer service. Forced me to go to O'Reillys. Oh well

Wide selection of parts if they do not have it Kevin will have it within 24 hours if not sooner strongly recommend prices a great also

Good prices. Good staff, knowledgeable and helpful. If they don't have it in stock they will order and get it next day.

The store employees are awesome, the website is misleading on what's in or not in stock. Even the store computer showed a product available that they didn't have. Tried another same issue

I adore this store & the people that work here!
They always help you out. Ive needed wipers for my car an they got the correct wipers an even put them on for me. SO many times they've put things in my car that Ive bought there.
