Advanced Dentistry of Rhode Island - Ryan S Lee DDS, Riverside RI

Hi everyone. I had such a great experience this past week with Doctor Ryan and his team. I have struggled most of my life with dental issue from a child. It had gotten so bad I gave up on caring for my mouth while battling a disease. I am on the road to good health and thankfully God led me to Doctor Ryan’s office. Yesterday’s experience, getting my teeth cleaned was wonderful. I was nervous of course, but they put my mind at ease. Thank-you Doctor Ryan. You have a great team! I highly recommend this Dentistry. They did good job and I felt like they are like a family to me.

Unfortunately very disappointing several months of trying to reach dentistry by phone, with no answer. And I am aware they got flooded. Thats all fine, but the issue with the service was way before that. Also, asked for refunding my money for servise that they never provided. Again no answer. Absolutely no follow up as they are aware I have an open root canal not finished and was in pain. Ridiculous. Customer service people are all nice there, unfortunately there is a lot of negligence

Yesterday was my first visit and I can't even begin to express what a great experience I had! Dr. Lee and his lovely staff were amazing! They were so informative and patient answering my numerous questions and putting my mind at ease. They gave we a clear plan of what my options were and reassured the perfect outcome for success. Their level of professionalism and compassion is top notch! I will be recommending all my friends and family!

EDIT: Here over a month later where I still have not been reached out to or had my calls returned.

Been calling for the last two weeks to schedule an appointment, leaving a message but no calls back. Today I reached someone who answered the phone, they explained to me they are temporarily at another office, and I mentioned I need a cleaning and follow up work. I was then placed on hold (without notice) and left on hold for 8 minutes before I hung up. I tried to call back two more times but no one answered the phones. I understand the landscape of the current working enviornment but as a business and for me as a customer looking for medical treatment this is unacceptable. Do not feel cared for or vauled here.

My first visit I had X-rays done, and they neglected to even tell me I had a cavity until I had come back and finished my cleaning. The owner of the practice is condescending and definitely does not make anyone with dental anxieties feel at ease. The person who ended up filling my cavity was great, he said he had just started there recently. I can’t say anything positive about the rest of my experience.

Trash … keep on charging me for randomly previous visit that I paid for already and their billing department not organize! Trash

I went there to take my aunt for her appointment, but I’ve been having tooth pain so I asked if they took new patients! Omg they took me rt in, everyone in this office made me feel so comfortable like I have never felt before in a dentist office. I have definitely found a new dentist for life and will recommend to everyone. Thanks Again!
