I am just tired and sad. He represented bad faith sellers that left basement flooding off of the disclosures, and he absolutely knew the house had water issues but did not compel them to list it. We are suing the buyers he represented due to this issue, so use at your own risk. Also, he is currently selling a house on our street, hope anyone looking at it knows it is in a flood plain and will require thousands of dollars in insurance.

I had the pleasure of doing business with Albert Realtors. Kim MacIntosh was very professional and great at finding the best tenants for my rental. She works very hard to get the job done! I will definitely hire her again.

I'm giving this Real estate group a one star review for the unprofessional and horrible service of the realtor (kathy Bordeleau). She has made this process of buying a house a nightmare from the miss spelled information, names, addresses, incorrectly typed documents To ignoring our phone calls and last but not least she had let go of the wrong tenants of the 2 family home we purchased, how in the hell can you be this unprofessional and hateful? This is the envy and jealousy this person has towards us when all we did is try to give her the business. SHAME ON YOU. We would never recommend this realty group to anyone, stay far away and look somewhere else.
