How do you open @ 11am on Tuesday but I been calling since 11: 10am and nobody had answered like what kind of hospital is this? & on top of that we need to call the same day to make an appointment.so unprofessional

The dentists here will have you leaving with more mouth pain than when you came in. They’re unprofessional, aggressive, and take out their frustration on your mouth.

The covering NP for Dr Gupta is not a very nice person, I left that office today.in tears & very lost & worry about the future of my health under there care.

Not professional worst place you can go for eye doctor they call me the day before the appointment to confirm the appointment then the day of the appointment they call 2 before appointment to change the time giving me trying to give me a late time that I ask when making the appointment and told me they don’t have late appointment so I lost a day from my job and they decided giving me a late one that’s not proffecional.

Very hard to get an appointment with Dr. Magdi Salmon, they try to get you another doctor instead or they won’t give you appointment and they tell you ; that you need to call at 8: 00am the same day that you want to come over.if you’re lucky enough they’ll give you an appointment.another problem is, it’s very hard to contact your doctor to see if there is any Blood work need it before you go there, I’ve call them twice to deliver a message to my doctor, and they didn’t get back to me.
Doctor Magdi, you need to find another place to move in to please, so we can come and see you

Theres one star because i could not enter none! The system is messed up. Calling for a same day appt is a nightmare! Many slots are prebooked so when you call, after holding for 15mins, you get told everything is booked and transfer you to "Express" for appt.
For medical appts its the worst! Waiting for the doctor's arrival 15-20 mins and they talk to you for 5 and rush you out the room. Theres more but I'm trying to stay "professional. "

I really like the service, the doctorsand nurses are very nice, the health center is very organize and clean but the staff at the Laboratory is very rude and unprofesional they know nothing about dealing with people.

I guess when you make a complaint about medical professionals they tend to treat you like you're nothing. Attitude and disrespect is what I got from both women I from there. My health may not matter to you but it matters to me and my children. Probably why she gave me two medications that shouldn't be taken together. I read the side effects.

This is I go and see Dr. Stanley Block for my Allergy and Asthma he is a very great Dr.also his nurse too even the Receptionist there also. And they have urgent care there too on the weekend so you don't have to go to the Emergency Room and sit there for hours and hours before the nurse call you in and check you and asked what the problem is, she tell you to sit back in the waiting room until they call you in the room then you sit and wait for the doctor to see you and you wait a little bit longer.

I've been a patient since the 90s and have had no issues coming to Allen Berry. I love their new facility and how updated their system is. My only complaint is the parking, there's never enough.

I'm very concern about the services that they provide they never have an appointment when you call on time, I call at 8 am that was the hour that they are supposed to call to make an appointment they let me for 15 minutes waiting on hold and when finally i got a receptionist she told me that the doctor was full of appointment for the day really? So I want to know when can I call to get an appointment!

New secretary seems better thenthe last one I deal with, seem like she didn't want to be here. Not professional at all. If you don't like to deal with people don't get a job where you will deal with them.

Worst clinic I have ever go too. The staff is so unprofessional and had an attitude toward me when I called.the girl who picked up the phone even hung up the phone on me

The expression is a quick and fast service. Make make an appointment you're in and out in the same day.
