Above and beyond! Bobby looked at our existing ducting and advised on new equipment to replace our failing oil fueled system. He was thorough in educating us on the best system for our house and why. He told us to look into the state rebates and 0% loan for a heat pump install, which made it financially feasible - and surprisingly affordable when compared to what we've been paying for oil! Then with install, they have an amazing crew that works beautifully together for a high quality and quick install. Very high praises for their work and communication throughout. Thank you!

These guys are the bomb! When my central a/c started to fail, I called American Home to get an estimate on replacing it. Bobby came out within 2 days of my call, looked over everything, and had an estimate for me that day. I had several other estimates, and his was one of the most competitive, plus he backed parts AND labor for 10 years (no one else did that). The equipment was a well known, reputable brand and he said the job could be done in one day (others were telling me two full days). Once I put down the deposit, Bobby scheduled me for the next week. The crew arrived on time and worked a full day, completing the job before 5pm (and cleaning up after themselves). Everyone was professional and very respectful of my home. I literally have no complaints and would highly recommend this company.

We contacted several local HVAC businesses and American was, by far, the quickest to respond, quote, and install. Bobby met with us and gave us an estimate on site. Based on his projection for installation and the professional, respectful way in which he presented his proposal, we immediately changed it from a quote to an invoice. His team showed up on time, work diligently and showed the utmost respect for our property and us, as customers. They are a great team. It was a pleasure working with them. Both Bobby and Louie assured us that if we encountered any issues they would immediately respond to our concerns. I highly recommend this company.

Bobby, Cory and everyone at American home are great to work with. All the work was done in a day, and the crews were respectful.

Their website says they do duct sealing and has a whole page dedicated to it so I called and spoke to someone, she said she’s “not sure if they do that” but it doesn’t matter because they’re not taking any new clients anyways. No mention of it on their site or anything so I guess it doesn’t matter that their receptionist isn’t even sure what their own services they provide. Very odd.

This is by far one of the most responsive companies I’ve dealt with as I have been knocking down the home improvement list of the year. I got three separate quotes with three very different numbers for a new gas furnace/ and new central air installation as well as adding heating/cooling to our new media room and Bobby was out to provide me a quote the next day. His quote was reasonable and he didn’t try throwing me any fancy sales pitches. He was upfront, honest and flexible with payment options! As soon as I settled on his company for the job, he gave me an installation date within a week. He then even pushed my installation date up further as his team finished another job sooner than expected. We are very happy with our new system and the house is just much more comfortable. Bobby’s team was very professional and got the job done fast. We’re excited to enjoy a nice evenly cooled home and not fumble with window ACs this summer:) Thank you!

Guys where there on time, extremely professional, in & out completely done in less than 4 hours. Also the response for a quote was same day that Bob arrived. Would recommend them to anyone!

American Home Heating has done a lot of great work for our home over the past 6 years. I trust them with anything related to Heat or AC. We had them do a central AC install. They also helped us with a new boiler and smart ecobee thermostat. I highly recommend the them.

Bob and his team installed a 4 ton LG thermal heat pump- A/C unit including all the duct work in a new house we built about 2 years ago. Our previous houses had a natural gas furnace and the other had an oil furnace. By far this has been the best! It's been extremely efficient. Over the last 21 months our total electric bill for heating, A/C and electric has averaged $175 a month. We live in a 1700 square foot home. Bill and Deb

Retro-fitting duct work is a very difficult job. We had an energy efficient 4-ton LG heat pump installed to heat and cool our home. The project was properly communicated and done with care by Bobby and his team. The whole team was kind, respectful, and a pleasure to be around every step of the project. American Home also works with the RISE program here in Rhode Island which is great because a project of this size and the financing perks are a no-brainer. If you want the job done right and industry leading equipment installed, go with Bobby and American Home.

6/11/21 owner came out for a service call to unclog the condensation drain, 1st time using this company.he charged $275 for 30 minutes and a 3" clear piece of pvc that was not needed or causing the problem.he didn't unclog drain pipe like i asked, as of today 8/1/21 the drain is still clogged. I feel like he saw an opportunity to end his day with little effort to fix the problem, and try to make a profitable service call. Trying to take advantage of a senior citizen is not good business.
I will never refer this company to anyone.

Bobby has been great from start to finish. Would recommend American’s AC installation to any family member/friend. Excellent work!

Bob was professional and thorough on my home's central air conditioning system proposal. Lou and his team provided an excellent system installation.

This Company was definitely the right choice after I obtained several quotes for a new duct system for Central Air. They had not only the best pricing, but was able to install the system within several weeks. Bob is a great representative and everything went very smoothly. I would recommend this company very highly. They were extremely professional, and care about their customers, with a wealth of experience. Also, they had the best warranty on labor and the unit apart from their competitors.

Posting just to let you know they are not taking new customers and for some reason couldn't offer up a suggestion for who else to contact for ac service.

I first called Petro and after a whole bunch of aggravation, found these awesome people. Quick response, great price, and they did an amazing job with the install! Would recommend and have recommended to my friends and family.
