Anchor Medical Associates reviews
11Dr. Siedlecki surpasses any other doctor I've had in her attitude, empathy, and ability. I am completely confident in the care I receive from her and this practice. Wonderful!
I was so pleased that Dr. Troise took me as a patient when Dr. Mathieu retired. He had been wonderful, and she has impressed me with her level of care and extreme attention to detail. I couldn't be happier with this practice.
Never again will I go there send some of the doctors have left and they have new doctors I have a right to not be in pain I should be able to have a zero pain tolerance rule for myself they say if Tylenol and motrinn 600 doesn't fix it you belong in the emergency room that's what I was told today. And now I've been on hold for 45 minutes trying to have him take me off the patient list I no longer want to be a patient there anymore they called me cuz I was at the emergency room for 13 hours and told me to come in so they can take care of me what a joke never again
Worse Receptionist ever in this Clinic. No matter how many times you call they will not answer the phone. So I decided to go in one day and make a call to see what reason and why they are not answering the phones. To my surprised they just ignore the calls and mind you this was on a slow day to say the least. You think the phones are there to be answer by a person but I guess the sound of the phone is a bell ring for break time. RIDICULOUS!
The office in Lincoln is terrible, I had an ultrasound of my thyroid, which showed large nodules. Luckily I sent the results to my Obgyn also because anchor medical NEVER CALLED ME TO TELL ME I NEED TO HAVE A BIOPSY ASAP. I do not recommend this office.
Anchor medical and Dr Goula are great, but someone needs to address the attitude of Angelica at the reception desk. I can't express the level of blatantly unnecessary hostility I experienced while speaking to her. Zero patience, lacking professionalism and basic understanding of what constitutes public/private information. If I was rating her specifically it would be 1 star
Long time patient, never loved it here but man their attitudes have just gotten too negative.it's been a long year for all of us and clearly they've forgotten what customer service is.no longer a patient and would recommend you look for a practice that values decency.
I've been seeing Dr Goula for over a year now and I could not be happier with the care I have received. He listens to everything you tell him and takes all your concerns seriously. The entire staff is always professional and I am grateful for their work.
Went to see Dr Goula and nurse Joanne assisted me. Joanne was seriously rought with me while taking my blood pressure. Constantly was giving me attitude for an old lady. Dr Goula would not prescribe me antibiotics for my UTI when I had told him the side affects were putting me in severe pain. Also was in the waiting room for over an hour when I was on time for my appointment. Would not send ANYONE to this office.
Nurse Joanne was rude over the phone. The DR that answered my phone call was also rude, interrupted me multiple times while asking questions then said have a great day bye and hung up. Chief of Providence Anchor Medical DIANE was also rude over the phone stating because I asked to speak to a different nurse I was breaking policy. They refused me to talk to a different doctor or nurse then continually made me call back over 5 times just to get medical advice on asthma. Would not recommend this doctor office, they are completely rude and do not accept any patient requests.
Good old fashioned medical care, Dr Sidleiki is a great doctor, great listener, and selfless care giver. I always feel better when I leave, full of hope and ready to be a healthier person. The care and personal attention is old school. Brenda gives the best shots, and referrals go through smoothly. Highly recommend
