Angelo's Palace Pizza, Cumberland RI

I have ordered from this restaurant several times and have always had the same issue. I order online and have it delivered and my instructions say contactless delivery to my back door. Every time they deliver to the front door and knock and wait until I open the door and they hand it to me. How is that contactless? Never mind its the front door not the back but contactless. When I called the woman I spoke to said they knock so you know it's there. Well then why do they wait and hand it to me? When I asked the delivery guy he said they didn't tell him to deliver it to the back. So I look at the slip attached and it says contactless deliver to the back door. So I asked the lady I talked to why do you put those instructions on it and they ignore them. She said when I place my order online and I have specific instructions I need to call and let them know so they can tell the driver. Then why is there a slip instructing them attached? And why do I have to call when I am placing my order online? Why, oh well the drivers don't understand English. Really then you need to instruct them when they tale my order out for delivery. This isn't my responsibility. I already told you how I wanted it delivered.

Food is delicious and reasonably priced based on portion size. Takeout is hit or miss — sometimes items in our orders don’t make it into the bag and it can be a hassle to either get a refund or to get the forgotten item. My favorites are the chicken parm dinner and the chicken gyro with onion rings!

Really enjoy the family atmosphere at Angelo's. However, we miss having rolls offered prior to our entre.
Meals were delicious and priced appropriately. The waitress was attentive and even offered several personal recommendations.

I've been going to Angelo's since I was a little kid.the quality has always been superior.the real deal mom and pop type of food restaurant! Just like your grandma would make.

I got pizza delivered and it was so good. Also the driver was there fast and was super nice

I was very disappointed with the service here. I ordered a pizza, wings, and calamari. My calamari took 20 minutes longer on a takeout order than the rest of the order. Spoke with management with the only resolution of sorry for the wait. Now I had warm pizza with hot appetizers. This is unacceptable. The timing in the kitchen is way off. My reason for giving 3 stars is quality is there but timing needs lots of work. Seems like somehow need to get more equipment and cooks. This started as a takeout business which seems like it doesn't want to be that anymore. I will not return ever again. My time is too valuable to be wasted on bad timing.

This was one of my high school haunts on Saturday nights for pizza. Amazing to see that it has evolved tremendously over the in past 38 years!

Best chicken buffalo calzone ever! When I'm up from NC to visit family I always stop here for it!

Huge bar, friendly staff. I love a fun cocktail and they always have something interesting.

I don't really know what to say about this Cumberland staple. It's a convenient location when you're in the area and you're hungry. I had a seafood pasta that was decent. The best? No. The Fettuccine with broccoli was apparently good. (I didn't try it) My kids fries were gross but the grilled cheese was gooey and good. The chicken tenders look like clam cakes. Overall, a decent place for a quick bite but don't expect anything amazing.

Place used to have great food back in the day, now it's just over priced poorly done food. Food literally has no flavor. Pizza has zero flavor. Bring back the old days.
