Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza & Wings, Cranston RI

The pizza has been very good in the past, but now it has shrunk considerably. I don't mind paying more but when pay more and get less it becomes not worth it. I hope they realize this and go back to the normal size. Cauliflower pizza is 1 of the best pizzas they make.

Had to wait 10 minutes just for a drink, then almost an hour for food that was cold when it arrived to the table. Only good thing was the drinks. Should have just gone to dominos.

They don't live up to their name. Food are horrible. I will never go back. I will let my community knows about their cheap pizza that I have ordered.

Too many onions were on the Buffalo chicken pizza. Bartender asked me if I wanted a glass of water while I waited. Thank you. She was super sweet. My girl thought there were too many onions on the pizza as well.

I can’t even. There was a mouse crawling the food was cold and The iced tea was disgusting. I will never eat there ever again.

Pizza was surprisingly good and different from most pizza places. They warn you the pizza is well done, but it's not burnt and there wasn't much char on mine. The sauce is very flavorful and there were extra dollups of sauce so some bites were extra saucy. The bacon was a bit skimpy - some slices had none. Took advantage of their deal for large one topping and a large salad for $29.

Went to another one in Florida and one in Providence, the food was good the meatballs were so yummy. But this one was such a disappointment, took wings they were good to be fair. But the meat balls pizza was disgusting, had one slice, the meatballs had waaaay to much bread. Tasted funny. Not going back there for sure!

Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, the customer service was excellent and the food absolutely delicious. Nice atmosphere, very clean and we will definitely recommend Anthony's to friends and family.

Ordered A Wednesday night 10 dollar pizza advertised special as Well Done Wednesday when picking told it was 15 plus tax would you care to explain?

Not what it used to be. The place was too cold. Waitress said because the ovens would make it too hot. I don't buy that. If you're a guest you should be comfortable. Music was too loud and lousy choice. We used to have Tony Bennett and Dean Martin. Finally the pizza is not what we fell in love with when we first started going to Anthony's in Florida. Probably will not return.

The pizza wasn’t bad. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. The two girls behind bar disappeared into the back for most of the time we were there. Tables and seats at the counter were left dirty. Didn’t clear any tables at all. Staff fooling around near the ovens. Took forever to take our food order. Will not be returning

It was horrible, music was way to loud, we ordered a rabi and sausage pizza, they gave us all stems and it tasted bad. Took forever for the salad, and had no cranberry juice for my drink.use to be so good!?

Disgusting. $26 for one pizza that had a pre baked crust and lousy toppings. It was completely inedible. Service was lousy.

I never leave negative restaurant reviews, but this was over the top.

Ok pizza but I had to shout over the music (db in the low 70s) and got annoyed by our disappearing waitress…dropped from 3 to 1 stars after seeing another review about the loud volume from 7 MONTHS PRIOR to my visit!

Pizza was very good. The serer was not attentive it took her forever to check on us to see if everything was ok. Acted like she didn't care. I understand when it's busy. The music was so loud I couldn't hear myself think. Was difficult to hold a conversation. Service was poor.

Ugh. Plenty of staff on a slow Saturday night. Numerous tables dirty when walked in, all still dirty when left. A very bad mgmt sign. No one giving direction to anyone. Pizza and service both underdone. Too bad. Just another sign of the times I guess.

Those garlic knots! ️️️And the Caesar Salad is amazing! Had the Margherita pizza it was also delicious! Can’t wait to go back!

This two star rating is based on my most recent experience. I've eaten here in the past, and have been satisfied, but this instance was enough of a downturn for me to not want to go again.

I ordered two items: buffalo wings and a small meat lovers pizza. The wings were burnt. I fully understand that with the coal fired thing there's some expectation that there will be some crispy spots. I'd say roughly 75% of each wing was over done. And given that the cost was inflated by covid ($10 for 5), I was hoping they'd be better. The pizza was no better. The crust was fine. Thin and crispy. But the toppings reminded me of pizza hut. I remember the meatballs tasting more.not really homemade, but just better. Same with the other toppings. Overall, the food was not worth the price. And with all of the other options for a good pie in RI, there's no need to order from here again.

I ordered a cheese pizza for pick up and this is what my pizza looked like when I opened the box at home. Absolutely burnt! Super disappointed!

Not overly impressed with anything at this place. I feel like there are much better options in the area if you're looking for coal fired pizza. I would not consider this pizza "well-done" although it has warnings saying it is plastered all over the restaurant. We ordered a Caprese pizza, but they forgot the balsamic so that was disappointing right off the bat. After combining that fact with the doneness of the actual pizza (it was soggy), I would actually just recommend you going somewhere else in the Garden City plaza.
