Aspen Dental, Warwick RI

When I showed up for my cleaning appointment I was told at the front desk that the hygenest would not see me unless I paid 1300.00. My Ins.said they did an unnecessary crown & submitted claim after time limit. I think this should be between them and my Insurance. Doesn't seem fair to me.

I went there because one of my top molar was in pain. They did a normal xray and told me I needed special cleaning after the xray. And a procedure having to use antibiotics. They asked me to apply for one of their credit cards to possibly help pay forr the procedure. I decided to not go through with the procedure, until I get a second opinion. So I went to another dentist and they checked me out and said I only have a cracked molar and that was it. Everything else was healthy. Aspen dental still charged me 3,000 for the procedure on the credit card I applied for and a portion of my dental insurance also. I called Aspen dental to let them know they charged me and they said couldn't return my money back to the credit card at this monent and of course interest comes with it after and gave me the wrong diagnostic.

Aspen dental staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable! Very friendly and genuine! Would recommend them and I’m going back with confidence!

I was overdue for a cleaning, so I booked an appointment with Aspen dental due to the fact they take patients on Saturdays. I went in, had X-rays and was told "if there is time we will clean your teeth, this is the initial visit". Okay. The dental assistant came in, assessed me, and told me I had "gingivitis" and would need a special cleaning. Now, my previous dentist had always told me my teeth were great, and never mentioned anything about gingivitis. They also pushed their equivalent of Invisalign braces onto me as well. I go to check out and get a "quote" of what everything would cost me, and they automatically added on the braces, an electric toothbrush and other charges I did not consent to. They are just out for the money. Oh, and I went back to my other dentist, and to no surprise, no gingivitis and no need for braces. They are just out for money, trying to get unsuspecting people to pay. This place is awful. Not to mention the dental assistant was not the best, nor was the dentist.

Everyone at this location was extremely helpful and professional. They get you in and out quickly. The only thing that I see which can be improved upon is when discussing a person's affairs, dental health and finances, everyone around can hear, but I do understand the office isn't too large.

These people are not confident as they seem. I’m too smart to be taken advantage of. FIRST, if you have a cracked tooth or anything complicated, I do not recommend this place. They seem to be ONLY interested in getting your money. The dental hygienist and the dentist does not seem confident either. Overall, do not waste your time looking into this place, compare with other dentists and you will see the difference in the professionalism. They are not professional at all. That applies to the front desk as well.

Had taken my son to have tooth looked at for tooth pain which visit consists of them giving you a full analysis of everything that could be done and costs of almost 2 thousand out of pocket, set appointment for the 1 tooth that needed to be pulled, show up on time and had to wait 27 minutes for him to be taken in, after was told he would get an antibiotic and ibuprofen prescription sent in to pharmacy. After 3 hours no prescriptions had been sent to the pharmacy so I called the office asking when it would be sent he just had the extraction and pain meds would be helpful and told they had system issues and were back up and running and they would be sent as soon as the dentist was finished with his last patient. Well mind you this is a driday now at 4pm when told. Come 6pm pharmacy still never sent anything, office closed until monday. So i left a voicemail in disgust that this practice of pulling a tooth but never giving any medication hopefully isnt their standard practice. 3 DAYS LATER, come monday they finally sent in prescriptions after hearing the voicemail no doubt. Being this was the first services as a new patient definitely not confident in continuing to go back for other needs, this was a big misstep just luckily he was not in any sever pain or developed any infections not taking the antibiotics right away. Will not be doing business with again and warned friends and coworkers about the negligence. I give 2 stars only because the staff was pleasant.

They took the time to explain to me what was going on and what was happening and they also gave me the best options to save money seems I don't make a lot of money and I am on disability but have me payment plans for me thank you Aspen dental

Both of the dentists at Aspen in Warwick are very good. I had nine teeth removed partials for upper and lower and I just had cavities done. Very satisfied with the dental work it is the pricing and price that you are going to have to watch out for! If you don’t pay attention, they will take your money!

So glad I finally made the move to get my teeth fixed. Years of anxiety were gone in one visit. The staff was pleasant and professional. My treatment plan is affordable (with insurance) and was fully detailed. I should have went sooner.

I’ve been to many dentist over the years. It’s a very good experience friendly, competent, efficient team. Dentist and assistant calming and informative. Would definitely recommend the Warwick office

I have been with Aspen Dental for more Than 30 yrs and they are the most helpful and polite and caring employees I have ever seen, they work every way they can to provide you with respect and help for all your dental needs.

I came here to check the condition of my wisdom tooth that broke. I have dental insurance but didn’t know the name of it. I asked to see if there was a system she could check to get the name of my insurance and she had such an attitude. But speaking with everyone else outside of her they was extremely pleasant. The dentist guy was soooo nice. If you do come here for your dental needs, watch out for the front receptionist.

Great experience, office manger was very helpful and make you feel comfortable having hope for your smile, DA was great Kayla and briana, I’m looking forward to coming back

When I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction, Dr. Shirai and Nico were absolutely incredible, made sure I was comfortable and calm from start to finish and as someone with a big fear of dentists/ dental work I have to say this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in an office. Considerate, knowledgeable and all around amazing staff. Can’t thank you guys enough!
