Worst treatment of elderly I have ever seen speak to patients like they are second class citizen arthritis pain is no joke! To not let a patient speak to her doctor. And laugh and say have a nice day is poor medicine or health care get another job and let proper care givers in

If I could give no stars I would. Drs are ok but office staff rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, not concerned about patient welfare. The front desk was supposed to send a referral to another dr. We called 4 times and they never did it. They gave us a hard time when we asked. My elderly family member was yelled at when she called them and asked to speak to the dr because she wasn’t feeling well. This is just the worst place I have ever had the displeasure of visiting.

The doctors are great but the front desk help is something to be desired…. My daughter also go there and has called 4 times for a medication refill and 2 weeks later she still doesn’t have her medication refill. It’s time to find a new primary care provider

Ignorant rude office workers, been through 6 Drs in less then 3 years, recent, their pain management works out of their house need a script since 2/7, CVS contacted them several times, they lie to us and say we will send it now, or we just sent,!

If I could rate this place a negative one, I would. I have a history of mental illness, so it is important to keep my doctors involved in what is going on with that. I had an appointment one time scheduled for a certain date and time, the "doctor" called about 40 minutes early, at their convenience, and when I called back at the scheduled time, I got an answering service stating everyone went on break. I let that slide because mistakes happen. I recently made an appointment with "Dr. " Chasse, as my mental health decline has made it nearly impossible to basically live life. The Nurse tech and I were talking before the "Dr. " came in and to my surprise, she mentioned that FOUR different patients complained because their important paperwork seem to have "disappeared" from the secretaries office. I had a similar instance happen with me back in April, where I applied for TDI and never heard anything back, thus forcing me to go back to work when I couldn't handle things mentally. When "Dr. " Chasse walked into the room, he said, " What's up? " Which to me is pretty unprofessional as we are on a client and "Dr. " level. I told this person that I took a medical leave out of work due to another MD episode. Throughout the entirety of this meeting, he made it very clear that he was NOT there to help me out and seemed very against what I had to say. I was very upset upon leaving due to the fact that my "Dr. ", the one who is to be supportive and on my side, left the room abruptly after our conversation and went into another room and closed the door. I felt extremely defeated that I wasn't going to receive any help from this guy. Upon further inspection, I went onto MyChart (the APP) and read the notes that this person had left for the after summary. This "Dr. " had the NERVE to say I was extremely against taking any other medications, which was the WHOLE point of the telehealth appointment over the phone as stated before, that I never followed up with a specified doctor, and that I have been calling out of work (even though I stated I took a medical leave from work) and wanted TDI for a job I started 2 months ago. Lastly, they stated that they WOULD NOT recommend TDI do to treatment unwillingness and holding off scheduling appts for opportunity of external reward. All in all this Nurse Practitioner said that I am just looking for an hand out over a mental illness he said he has no expertise in. Mind you, he is the one who is prescribing my meds for said diagnosis. He was 100% unprofessional and I will be taking further action.

I’d give a minus 20 if that were an option! Staff and all docs EXCEPT my lovely Moriarti are downright horrendous, rude, and heartless! I’ll post again once someone else takes over my case. It’s horrifying the carelessness and heartless that goes on there. WAIT until I detail my nightmare!

Very disappointed, staff has changed since last visit. Greeting secretary was ver rude for no reason. My fav PA left so I'll be finding a new clinic

Jesus take the wheel! Every single comment about the rude staff is 100 percent on point. There is no reason to talk to anyone the way that they do. Do yourself a favor and find another office. Dreadful, terrible staff.

I love the doctors and staff but every six months I have an appt I always have a new doctor.wonder why there are always new doctors there?

Doctors are decent and good. But, Very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL secretary. Had no patience to talk and speak especially with aged patients who have difficulties in understanding and require slow and special attention in answering queries.

This office is the worst. Aside from 1 gem, the receptionist staff is terrible. If you’re lucky enough to get someone on the phone at all, they are rude and so unprofessional. They have an insane amount of employee turn over, they don’t notify you when you are assigned a new doctor (which happens way more than it should), and then try to bill you for visits bc your insurance doesn’t list the correct primary care dr bc they NEVER TOLD YOU it changed AGAIN. They never call with tests results, you have to keep calling them. Nothing is done proactively. Absolutely no common sense or courtesy. Dr Moriarty has been great, but not worth dealing with the staff.

I have been with this practice for over a decade. I have no complaints about any of the primary care givers or medical staff. The office staff is another story. The office staff is horrendous. Rude, condescending. I have actually been hung up on when correcting the girl who answers the phones about my appointment. I've found other people's records stapled to my discharge papers. Human resources really needs to do a better job recruiting people. When you work in a doctor's office you are working with people who aren't feeling well much of the time and the last thing they need is someone treating them badly.

Staff member by the name of Michelle was very rude and didnt want to transfer my paralegal to Sandy and said that her voicemail box was full due to all the calls she had received today. I suggest you get better staff to handle your office. Unacceptable.

One of the women at front desk answering phone is extremely rude and you can tell does not care for her job. She should find a new career because medical is not a good choice for her. Sounds combative over the phone and is not helpful in any way. They can find someone a lot better to fill her position.

Dr Austin is great, My husband and I have been seeing him for years and he takes his time always listens. He is a great doctor.

I recently switched primary care Drs and Dr Moriarty is the best Dr I’ve ever had. Their front end staff is amazing, especially Jennifer, always greats with a smile and is very helpful answering questions.

In my experience they have gone above and beyond helping me. Ellen Brady her new nurse I only know her 1st name Kim is outstanding.

For me is a 0 because the costumer services. Drs and nurses are ok. But everyone in the front desk they are very unprofessional, irresponsable, disrespectful, unhelpful, they dont do their job, i did my labs twice and they lost it, they never know anything, and they don't do anything for help you, just hang the phones nithing care to those guys. Just collecting a check. Treating the patients in a horrible mode very upset with this office
